I have put an online order to purchase a book from Sapna Online. Order ID: SAP[protected].
They said the book is available and thus can be shipped in 3-5 business days after order placement. It's been almost a week since placement of order and they have still not dispatched the book. I need a full refund of Rs. 495/-

I wrote to Sapna Online and they have returned my payment to them. I have received the payment for the book back into my account from Sapna Online. Thanks
