Dear Sir, I Was Working With CG Parivar Pvt Ltd EL 86 Mahape MIDC Navi Mumbai Since 19 Nov 14 Under Registered Contract Of Two Years But Was Suddenly Removed From Office Without Giving Any Reason And Under The Terms Of Contract Either Party Had To Pay Three Months Salary Ie One Lac Fifty Thousand But The Company Is Not Paying My Dues Neither My Full And Final Settlement Is Made Of The Days I Worked In August 15 And My Salary Deduction Of Rs 50000 Of My Own Salary As Bonus Pay Ie Under My Service Of 9 And Half Months Comes To Total Of Rs 57000 Including Ten Days Salary Of Rs 15000 But The Company Run By Dr Chandrashekhar Guruji And His Nephews As Directors Mr Santosh And Mr Mahantesh Are Unfairly, Wickedly And Cheatingly Not Paying My Dues Nether Allowing Me To Go To Their Office To Settle My Dues. Sir This Is Gross Injustice As Without Any Memo They Have Terminated My Services By Saying After More Than Nine Months Of Service That My Probation Period Of Six Months Is Not Confirmed And So I Am Relieved From Services . They Are Threatening Me With Threats To Life If I Pursue This Case In Labour Courts Or Their Guruji Who Has Direct Connections With MR Yedurappy Tainted Minister And Not Even Taking My Provident Fund Filled Up Form . They Operate Under The Brand Name Saral Vaastu And CG Parivar PVt Ltd EL 86 Mahape MIDC Area Navi Mumbai. I Am Totally Frustrated That These People Who Have Already Fooled Many People As You Can Check From Google -Cheating By Chandrashekhar Guruji And Saral Vaastu And On Suvarna TV Of Kannada Channel And Even Advocate On Facebook Poorvi Advo Has Filed Complaints Against The Company As It Is Cheating People In The Name Of Vaastu Services And Superstitions . They Are Very Wicked, Not Following Any Rules And By Threatening Of Their Political Power And Muscle Power They Are Not Settling My Full And Final Dues Neither Allowing Me To Work Or Paying Me The Dues Under Theikr Registered Agreement And Appt Letter.

Recently I was threatened by dire consequences by one HR called Yogesh and his head one Vijay that I should remove this post from the forum otherwise these thugs are going to launch cyber crime case against me on which section on which relevant cause I dont know. These thugs have destroyed my future as I have taken a loan for a house only after i signed a legal registered employment contract with them on stamp paper that I am in their permanent employment for two years from nov 19, 2014 onward but without giving me any memo, or termination letter or even my own resignation these people and their HR have forcibly stopped me from coming to office and entering my work station from 10th nov 16, they have neither settled my PF as I have already filled up the form in october 15 itself and inspite of four months having passed I dont have any settlement of my PF or any news from PF office Vashi, Neither they are settling my dues full and final on paper . You would be surprised to know that after allowing 11 eleven leaves during my 9 months of service with no deduction or LWP leave without pay as I have taken prior permission from higher up mr mahantesh and mr santosh through official email, these cheaters have deducted amount from my august 15 pay cheque at their own will that is totally unjust. They have been constantly threatening me on not to highlight my issue but I am not afraid of their bullying and goondaism techniques. They have again advertised for the post of content writer but I want to create awareness among unsuspecting interviewees to please stand guard against these kind of companies that cheat their employees at their own sweet will and be aware about their unfair and totally dishonest employee policy. Their HR is just a mouthpiece of HIs master's voice and parrot the things being taught to them my the management. I have already complained to the labour commissioner on their unjust employment and sacking procedure and bringing it to the notice of all so that everybody is aware about their dishonest terms and conditions of employment. Tilldate they have neither bothered to reply to my emails regarding my employment status or bothered to settle my claims at their office where I went but they forcibly asked the security to not to allow me to enter such is their employee hire and fire policy.

DTD 11/2/15, receipt no. 594, amount Rs. 12000, with out receipt Rs 500, till now nothing has happened, not even mm of progress, I had incurred expense of of more than Rs20000/-, Every time for changes time is being extended, from 1and half month, now it is 10 months over yet result is big zero, your billing style is not proper, clearly told to me site visit charge is Rs500, and after that correction charge was Rs. 12000/-, but bill says visiting charge is Rs12000, not mentioned anything about 500,
You claime it as science, but it is pseudoscience, guruji letter is guarantee, where it is working, it is only Royal way of cheating, your bell broke with in 3 months, when I asked for replacement your people told me buy new one, substandard material was given, performance is v for off, your claim of changes should happen, I have not seen whom I know, hence I cannot believe and keep waiting any, let it happen what was written in me and family members fate, kindly return Rs. 20000/-

I had paid rs.21000/- for their consultancy for my house. I was told that after implimenting the changes as told they take the reviews of the change every month and suggest further actions. The person visited us told he will visit after the changes are done but he didnot turn up even after making around 10 calls which were not passed on to him. After follow up with the receptionist for many days a ruff looking person came and said everything is ok. When enquired why as promised the senior fellow didnot visit he told i am here and why you want him. No contact or call after that. No monthly evaluation as promised. I feel cheated.

We too have fallen prey to this cheat just 2 days back. They have charged us rs. 17, 000 in cash and no receipt given for this cash payment made inspite o[censored]s asking for it 100 times. They have given 10 products which is not worth more than rs. 2000 & the advice given by their so called fake experts regarding red bulbs in each and every corner of the house and bathroom and mirrors, a dollar poster along with running horses poster in the living room makes your home a bar and ### den. They have made the whole house a mess. It seems his so called experts have been trained like a parrot to say the same things & sell his 10 cheap products box in each and every house they visit. We have asked them to issue us a receipt for rs. 17000 cash paid and take back their cheap products and refund our money back which they claim while talking to them first time that they will refund back 100 % of our money anytime if we are not satisfied by their products. Now they are backing out and are making us run around blocking our mobile numbers and putting the case to one another in their cheating game.

Now when we want our money back and want to return back their products which we have not used as we are not satisfied with his products value. They say that those products are complimentary and the rs. 17000 charged were for consultancy whereas when we first contacted them they said that rs. 500 is for consultancy and rs. 17000 is for products which are returnable any time if not satisfied. Only rs. 500 is not refundable. How fraudulently this man is making money and has trained his staff so well in how to cheat people. He says he is doing saral vastu... Where is he using vastu in his services. I do not understand how can one use the name of vastu and do feng shui... And cheat people in the name of vastu and the funny part is his so called experts who visit clients home never claim that what they are doing is feng shui but claim that its a special vastu. Now i do not understand what is this special vastu... With what tricks they have played its seem its purely to cheat innocent people by playing with their emotions.
The lady at the reception who takes the call when you call them first time to take their services openly claims that their guruji will write on stamp paper and give that if his clients are not satisfied with his products or services he will refund 100 % of their money back... But look at what they do... They have printed a pamphlet where he writes about it and in the end of the pamphlet he writes with a star mark terms & conditions in small fonts that all these depends on individuals own fate. If everything is on individuals own fate then what the hell is he trying to do. He himself is claiming that his services is a fraud.

Now i request all the learned people in our society to kindly help us book this cheat and help innocent people from falling prey to his fraud money making business. One more thing i would like to bring to people's notice is they never show their products or give any details as to what they will do unless and until you do not pay them money in cash. I do not understand if he is so confident about his science that it can change people's fate and bring them out from misery then why does not he show his products before hand to client. Why does not he issue a receipt for cash received even when the client asks for it 100 times. Why does his so called experts fail to take up the clients calls and make them run from one person to another and in the end blocking their mobile numbers. Why this so called guruji does not meet or even speak to his clients. Its purely a cheating racket to make easy money playing with already distressed people who fall prey to these cheats who claim their money will be refunded if not satisfied.

If there is anyone or any group of people who have come together to file police case against this fraud pls do let us know for we too need to book this fraud and eliminate this scamster for looting other people and spreading superstitious belief in society causing financial loss and mental harassment to people.

The executives have been rescheduling the appointment for 3 months, there have been instances when the appointment had been fixed but no executives tuned up. After reading several reviews, now losing the faith in Chandrashekar Guruji Saral Vaastu. Plz do a proper research before investing the money in them.

I have adopted saral vaastu for our house from the organisation called c. G. Parivar, started by mr. Chandrashekhar angadi from bagalkot. Saral vaastu is advertised and promoted in tv channels. They advertise saying our problems in life get resolved within 7-240 days. I have been charged rs.20000 for this service and around rs.4 lakh for the changes suggested by them. It's 11 months by now which is more than 240 days. I don't see benefits till now. When i contacted mr. Basavaraj pattedar, the senior person from their organization i was told that we have to make some more changes and we will get half amount of what we paid as refund as it was their mistake that they didn't know about this changes to be made. Now. I dint not got the refund and when i call for enquiring about the same, mr. Basavaraj says he don't want to talk to me and asked not to call him again. I have spent such a huge amount and now i have been cheated by c. G. Parivar organization. The organization advertises in tv programs and are looting money from innocent people.

Vastu expert given suggestion & diffrent things to performed by one expert.Due to their suggestion we face problems so once again enquired *PHP Spellcheck Trial* Bombay head office and throgh phone call they given exactly opposite suggestion said the you implemnts this.
ALso they not send me cash of rs 30, 000/ receipt and other information like lucky charts etc on email
till I have not received mail

We had approached saral vaastu for resolution of problems at our home in december 2012. Someone from their team visited our home thrice: in the first instance for checking the house layout, then for items to be placed to “rectify” the vaastu and third time to verify that we had followed all instructions. We did indeed follow all instructions that were given to us including adding a door in the house. We spent approx rs 42, 000 on the entire vaastu exercise including fees/charges paid to saral vaastu.

For the first couple of days, it seemed that saral vaastu was working. However, that was only a mirage and thereafter, things started to worsen. Vaastu exercise was working in the exactly opposite direction. For example, our son was fined at his office for a mistake and, he has been frustrated with his office for the past few months and finally resigned. Our grandson fell ill. New social challenged emerged and the situation/relationships at our home worsened.

The vaastu exercise has only has negative effect and we are extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.

I have lost count of the number of times i have called up at their office and sent email to them. Nobody is interested in rectifying the problem and cant even find a proper person who can bring things to normal at our home.

I have paid rs.12000 cash to saral vaastu on 23rd feb2014.
They have not given me reciept of that amount.
I am calling them almost every day & now since they are not responding to my call, i asked for refund to which again they are not replying.
I spoke to mr. Pramod from saral vastu on phone he said, he will refund, but next day onwards he is not picking up my phone.

These TV Channels fool innocent people, by giving big big advertisement about fraud astrologers, who squeez money like anything, Sachidananda babu a self named Vaastu expert and Astrology expert as 16000 to 25000 per person for 3 questions, there is no value for money or what remedy he gives?
Suvarna news channel is Advertising this fake Sarala vaastu Mr.Chandrashekar guruji, who failed in civil Engineering business started this astrlogy and vastu shastra, please people never ever trust these frauds, they make money just cheating people.

Sir 12 months ageo i had sawn a tv advertisment regarding saral vastu and in that program they had shown some peopl as satsified customer after taking their saral vastu pack, so immediatly i had called the given phone numbers on whic next day only the company has send two representatives as expertes so they had came and told ttheir company charges is 10000 rs, so i had paid them, after reciving the money they had opened a pack and given some suggestions and also some basic changes in my house as vastu is not correct they told so i had implimented all their tips but their were no results so i had called the company after 4 monts they told they will send their executive as expert and next day a person came and he told quite opposite
Tips and changes to me then he told that some people will get results from 8 the month so i had waited till now it become 12 monts and their are know changes when i call they will keep hang on me and will say they will send expert but know one will come, i requist other consumer please dont risk ur money on such products and dont belive this king of company.
