Saraswat Bank — Loss of funds on account of negligence by Bank

On 17th March 2025, Rs. 6500 were debited from my account through internet banking. I did not receive any OTP on my registered mobile number or e-mail ID and neither did I logged in through Internet Banking. The amount was simply debited to another account. Prior to that, I received an e-mail from Saraswat bank on 6th March 2025 stating that

"You have not logged into your Internet Banking since last 2 years. For security of your account, we have deactivated this facility." I have added the relevant screenshot.

If I have not logged in my account, there is no way that I have provided the Internet Banking credentials and neither have I received any OTP regarding the transaction.

Also, as per e-mail ID received form bank, it had already deactivated the Internet Banking facility for security concerns then I am unable to understand how was money debited from my bank account. This clearly shows negligence on bank's part. Request the forum to kindly do the needful.
