Dear sir/ma'am,

I hope that I'm addressing the the right person else my concerns get directed to right personnel. Today, October 5, 2020, I visited saraswat bank (goregaon west- sv road branch) at around 11:45 am to deposit cash.

Firstly, the crowd management by the bank is really poor. There's no proper way that people(customers) follow social distancing norms and many of them(customers and staff) are not wearing masks thus violating Covid norms. However, none of the staff members take any initiative to ensure that it is followed.

Secondly, there is no proper directive for which counter is responsible for what and one only knows after enquirying from staff.

Thirdly, while standing for around 1hour in the queue, the casher (Swati Naik) allowed at least 3 of her acquaintances to jump the queue and serve them before common customers. One of her acquaintances whom she allowed was Mr Bhim Naval Vishwakarma. All this was overlooked by the security guard in charge( Mr. Vinay Pandey).

These personnel refused to reveal their identities and after much deliberation I got to know their names. These personnel weren't wearing any ID cards or didn't have name tents around their desks.

The branch manager was on a leave and Mr. Krishna Pai who was next in charge refused to take any satisfactory actions against Mrs. Naik.

This really brings in question the integrity of your bank and how much your care for your customers. More so this Covid pandemic period has been difficult for everyone and I or anyone would not want to face any dire consequences due to inefficiency and irresponsible of the staff of your branch.

I hope that you take a look into this matter and take strict action against your employees else I would have to consider my association with your bank.

    Account frozen

    I and my husband had a home loan and a top up loan with Saraswat Malad Branch. My husband passed away on 1 Aug due to sickness. We submitted for insurance against loan claim with both insurance companies. Within a week's time, I received a lumpsum amount against the home loan. My home loan o/s was about 6 lakh and I received about 20 lakh. I informed the bank, the they debited the home loan o/s and froze my account with balance available...

    On 26.09.2020 i have done neft from m. S. Ansari & co. Saraswat bank to [protected] instead of doing in [protected] its an punjab national bank acoount no. But after spoking to punjab national bank employee he said there is no such account of given account no. ([protected]) but still now i have not received my money back so please do the needfull.

      Dear sir,
      I have a saving account in the saraswat bank, nancy colony branch, borivali east, mumbai.
      The ac number is [protected]. On 29.4.2020,
      I have transferred through neft ₹ 10000.00 to my relative's ac [protected] bank of baroda, khanderao market branch.

      The transaction ref of saraswat bank is :
      Neft transaction with ref no r[protected] for rs.10, 000.00 has been credited to benf [protected] /ifsc-barb0khande on[protected] at 16:05:14 - saraswat bank

      However, i mentioned wrong ac no. As [protected]. I inform this mistake to my branch.
      Immediately saraswat bank informed the bob branch to block the money. The money was blocked by b0b.

      Now, though my branch is following with bob and has also raised the issue with bob neft/rtgs cell. They are not returning the money.
      You are requested to look into this and help me to get my money back.

        As per rbi their will be no penal and bonuses charges from 1st march 2020 to 31 aug 2020. Then why rs 3500 ecs dr return charges is cut for month of march from my account. 17 entries of ecs dr charges in just 30 sec without informing me. Very bad experience from saraswat bank

            Online transaction fraud

            I had ordered a Teclast Tablet/ PC, [ order ID- MS1875] from 'tapgig.in, powered by Shopify' worth rupees: 2, 999, on15th of August 2020. The payment was made from my phonePe UPI, [Account no: [protected]] (phone number: [protected]- Transaction ID P2008151600197841441155. The transaction was made through PayU payment service.               Sir my account has been deducted by Rs.25000 on 11:47 pm on 18th August 2020.
              I would like to inform that I haven't received any otp nor received any phone call for otp.
              The amount got deducted anonymously which is unknown.
              I have registered complaint at Police station and filed a fir and also i have sent mail at [protected]@saraswatbank.com regarding this.
              Sir as it was my saving for my fees for my diploma, i would like to inform you that the deadline for paying my fees is 24th of August 2020.

                I order kurti from Instagram kurtimelas.com, bt my order get cancel and money is return back to my account through Google pay, I got call from this number 6291460362, they said me to open Google pay account, enter new payment, and then enter upi code, they said enter my mobile number with @ rpl, after 5 min from my account 5000 rupees deducted

                        I am having saving ac in pimple nilakh branch ac no. Saving 3513 my wife is having rd ac in bhosari branch rd ac no 44.
                        Now we want to make rd ac joint. Accordingly we have given letter to the branch for for the same but the branch has replied to close the ac and make new ac.

                        We request to make the existing rd ac joint. Soft copy of letter is attached herewith.

                            Hi .I was having Loan ACCOUNT with saraswat bank for HL and mortgage loan which is closed.upon closing the account I asked bank to refund my 25000 Rs. Which is taken as share..but now bank is not ready to refund the amount mentioning as these are non refundable amount...this is not at all acceptable from the good organizations...they are hiding the things while applying the loan and any other service.

                                On 11th june i received a call from the no - [protected] for cash back. To avail the cashback asked me to click on send option in phone pe on notification. Once i click on it i have not received any cash back instead the amount got debited from my linked bank account. Also there is no message from phone pe for the payment confirmation. I need my money back. There is no security o[censored]sers details. How come anyone can get the personal details o[censored]s (User/customer) and verify the same. Request you to investigate this issue and refund my amount asap.

                                  Today i have withdraw 3000/- from bandra's atm and money got deducted twice from my account and i didn't get cash from atm it showed transaction timeout. So basically i didn't get any cash from atm and 6000/- got deducted from my account.

                                  And from another atm i have tried again to withdraw 3000/- and this time i got cash from atm.

                                  So my 6000/- rs. I have lost from my account for failed transaction.
