Saraswat Bank — Withdrawn 5000 Rupees but Actually received 1000 from HDFC Bank ATM

Hi Team,

On 19Th Apr 2021 around between 5.00PM To 5.35PM i had request withdrawal for 5000/- rupees and actually i have received only 1000/-. Also I had registered feedback on their ATM Machine and leave feedback foe that received less amount as per request,

Kindly please refund the money in my account asap

Also mailed sent three times doing reminder for the same

Still no reverts from Bank and also submitted Refund Form in Saraswat Bank but they said that it wont be possible refund

Please look into ot
