Hey,
I have paid the amount of Rs 400 for the renewal of my father's Driving Licence but the Application with no[protected] showing status as FAILED.
I checked with my bank and they have verified the deduction has. Its more than 24 hrs but still the application status has not been updated. I paid using the UPI option.
I am unable to book the slot. Now my father has to visit the RTO office and repeat all the procedures again. He is a senior citizen. what is the point of having an online site if the payment processing is not appropriate? My Money seems to be stuck. Please help me with this.
