We have placed a request for a duplicate Driving License on 11/03/2023 with RTO Mumbai

As on 31st March 2023 the status show : APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL. PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7

The status is the same till date. The counter column says : Allotment Information Unavailable

Its been 3 months since the request and no sign of the duplicate driving License from RTO Mumbai - Andheri Branch.

I have submitted my application for Learning License on 03/04/2023.
It was in stage 'APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENSING AUTHORITY'. It has been about 2 weeks and It is till in same stage. so for information about further procedure and expected date of completion, I have filed complaint on Sarathi Grievance portal on 08/04/23, But It is too unanswered.

I am getting one of the the following errors while trying to make DL renewal fee payment (Application No[protected] for past 2 weeks.

If I go to RTO, they keep asking me to go here and there and its very confusing

full description of the incident:
While creating request for new LL(LMV) for new category for existing DL(MCWOG) after document upload latest status of application is NOT shown.
Clicked refresh button (for application latest status update on website) multiple times and filled the details with accepting size constraints for text and images still no use,

Even after multiple hours application status is not reflected.

desirable resolution:
Sarathi website issue w.r.t. upload document status not reflecting after refresh button click must be fixed

Doesn't work. These guys take the money, and then do nothing. Paid Rs 2000, submitted all documents, waited for a month and nothing. Surely running a scam.

THIS must surely be a joke by the software developers, my grandma, a woman of 91 years of age can surely design a better website, and the best part is she can use modern technologies instead of developing something that got phased out in 1900!

I wonder how many bribes were taken out of the budget for the development of this website that this HOT GARBAGE was given to us.

TO the software developers who developed this, DO SOME ALPHA AND BETA TESTING BEFORE ROLLING OUT THIS PIECE OF $%@&. Honestly software development might not be the job field you are good at.

To whatever ignorant illiterate minister found this viable and passed it out for public use, i hope u die a slow painful death!

I am an applicant for an LMV driving license with application number [protected]. I made the payment for Driving license test on 14.07.2022 and the amount was deducted from my credit card. But it is not reflecting in the application and shows payment to be done. But if I try to make another payment, it is not allowing me to do so. On 11/07/2022 i have paid the fees of my Registration of certificate (RC) through my bank by scaning qr code of the sarthi parivahan and my bank confirmed that ( Rs.400 is debited from kotak bank a/c xxxxxxx to sbiepay.[protected]@sbi on 11/07/2022) but the website only showing his qr code for 10.minutes after that the website shows me that ur last transaction was failed after that i tryed with my Application no.MH220711V4453955 to check my application is in pending or not but after some time after doing every possible things the sarthi parivahan portal shows me that ur last transaction was failed
So the honlbe consumer forum my be pleased take leagal action against the this portal because of the sarathi parivahan making money by defrauding the people and no body taking the action against this portal 20 to 30 percent people facing this problem because of this portel

I have paid the DL test fees online through my debit card XXXX6854 and payment of Rs. 1385/- has been deducted from my bank account but at sarathi Parivahan web portal the payment status is showing failed.

I have applied for Renewal of Learning license on 2nd of June 2022 and its 18th of June ..there is no single update ..I am from Jabalpur RTO comes under faceless services .

1. All your helpline number are deactivate
2. I had pay rs. 1150 online but learner's licence for car is not issued

I have passed the online lerning license exam but still not getting approval for learning Lisence.
I get information from Sarathi helpline mail id ONLINE LERNING LISENCE approval only getting from RTO.
But When i visited RTO to know when my Learner lisence will approve. RTO official told me they don't have any Idea about this.
I passed the exam apx 28 days ago, other RTO will approve The application within 2days.But my APPROVAL is still pending. RTO NAME - Serampore (WB17)

I am not going to put much details about the barrage of problems I faced on this ### site as I have already spent countless hours in trying to pay fees for License renewal.

In a nutshell, the Sarathi Parivahan site it worst I have seen in my entire life. I have worked from Junior Software developer to Senior Software Developer for major international corporation and now I am Senior Solution Architect working and living in Foreign Country.

I have worked with ###TY Indian (infosys developers) and I am not surprised that THIS WEBSITE developed by crap Indian developers is worst in the world.

Indians cannot developed / maintained anything of quality as they are useless bunch of ### people.

You guys were, is and will be third class, useless bunch of ###.

Given requested amd Applied with payment on 03 Feb 2022, and after almost 2 month raise requested a complain but didn't geting response. and still it's open.

I have completed my payment through sbiepay upi transaction by google pay
Now after three days sarathi parivahan site says it's fail but I didn't get any refunds it's been 2 days after saying transaction failed when I get refunds.

I've cleared my driving test since a month and still didn't get approval of DL. Also Not any updates regarding my application.

Bhosdiwalo tax lete ho toh website to dhang se banao, na payemnet kar sakta hu na enroll kar sakta aur toh aur mera licsence num ko expire bol rahe hai jabki ki kal hi banaya tha... Due to lack of information wrong address got mentioned on confirmation Receipt.

I went to PUNE RTO to update my address with valid document proofs, but the clerk says there is no system or option to update address.

I said what can I do than as Tata showroom employees are demanding documents for current address,...
