My application status is showing that DL is DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE Allotment Information Unavailable.
Please tell me when it will be delivered.from rto office i was told that it will be delivered by 10/11/2019.But still i didn't receive.

My son went ot pay the Driving test application fee online and the website got stuck.
now it is showing as "Payment Pending"
Payment has not been debited from the bank... BUT we are losing time ?
Now cannot make new payment and this 3rd class site doesn't have any option to resolve this and do a new payment.
We are talking about digital India - but it seems like our government has hired very low level people.
If payment has failed we need to have an option to do fresh payment... what the hell is this.
