I am getting one of the the following errors while trying to make DL renewal fee payment (Application No[protected] for past 2 weeks.
"Sorry..! We are unable to process your Request now. Please try after Sometime"
"Server Connection Failed OR Received improper data, contact to the bank or pay at RTO"
I tried communicating this to both Sarathi helpdesk and the concerned RTO, but the problem is not resolved Now, they are asking me to visit the RTO.
Kindly fix this asap. If online payment is not working, then please add a note in the Sarathi parivahan website for public benefit. It defeat the purpose of online service if the consumer have to visit the RTO for fee payment. Was this information helpful? |
