I have applied for the Driving License Renewal online through sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/applViewStages.do.
on[protected]. with Application No. [protected] of my Wife Anupma khokhar but still not able to renew the same .
Showing below message on the Portal, when i click on Application Status
TO PRODUCE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IN THE ZONAL OFFICE, TO PRODUCE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IN THE ZONAL OFFICE.
In this regards i visited the ZONAL OFFICE several time and try to connect customer care through mail or phone but no help
now renewal date is closer, Please help on the same
