My application id was [protected]. My driving license number is WB[protected] issued on 01.02.2022 from L.A. Behala, West Bengal. They had not issued smart card supposed to be sent via speed post by giving excuse about covid regulations. But recently it has come to my knowledge that new applicants have started receiving smart cards successfully after passing driving license tests. After I complained on their website they mentioned that my allegations are baseless because dispatch has started only a month ago. I had made full payments required at the time of application. They have not yet started dispatching for old pending cases
