My humble request is that I, Vinod Kumar Sharma, resident of Maloya Colony, Chandigarh, am requesting you to solve the problem with my one shot. My problem is that if I get any OTP on my mobile number from the e-vahan (SARATHI portal), I mean if I do mobile authentication (Non e-KYC form) then the OTP comes very late like That is, for one or two hours until the OTP timeout occurs or the page preview occurs. This problem occurs to me only with mobile authentication, not with Aadhaar authentication, if I do Aadhaar authentication it appears with OTP. But as you have come to know that today all the work is not done by Aadhaar authentication instead it is done by mobile authentication. Due to this problem of OTP coming late, I could not do anything related to my license. One day I applied for renewal of my learning license but I got this problem, then another day I applied for change of address of driving license, then I applied through Aadhaar authentication but I gave some wrong information in it. I want to cancel this use, I have made the payment, I don't want a refund but I have canceled the application but OTP has come late on my mobile number so I can't cancel it and I have to cancel this application urgently. I have to cancel it so that I can apply for another application as soon as possible. You can't move further until OTP comes.

I have this problem, OTP delay is happening only in mobile authentication, not in Aadhaar authentication and not in OTP coming from any other website. I have been facing this problem for a long time, I have called Parivahan's customer care number several times but they are saying that they can't help, please mail to SARATHI helpdesk. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
