I am an applicant for an LMV driving license with application number [protected]. I made the payment for Driving license test on 14.07.2022 and the amount was deducted from my credit card. But it is not reflecting in the application and shows payment to be done. But if I try to make another payment, it is not allowing me to do so. I have already filed my grievances and no response received after 15 days. I have visited RTO office to resolve the same and they are also helpless due to limited access. I had to cancel couple of DL test slot bookings due to this. I have attached details of my payment with this email. Kindly help with resolving
