Saravana Stores — against defective products sell by the concerned shop

First of all i suggest no one to buy electronic product in saravana stores. They have all defective and second quality items, and the rude customer service who doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I bought a titan watch on 16.12.2017 at the legend saravana store, padi to gift present my father. I gift packed it on the same day i bought. But when my father opens it was not working, after sometimes it worked and again stopped working. This irregularity happened frequently. I decided for replacement. When i approach to the floor manager he was too rude, he said "we can do only the service, we wont replace". I asked him even on the first day of purchase its not working, then how can i believe with the product?, u should have apology to me for this kind of customer disappointment, even i'm not expecting your apology just replace the product". But he was too rude and bad attitude. I tensed, wanted too break all glasses of that 7th floor. I didn't expect this kind of poor customer service from saravana stores.
