I purchased stationery items at Chrompet Saravana stores. Bill number : 001848, dated 30.10.2021 12.07 pm. Amount of the bill : Rs.887. I gave a debit card..They swiped it and said Transaction failed and gave me the card. I paid the amount in cash. Within 2 minutes the amount was withdrawn from my account, even after paying the bill in cash. When I asked the counter staff they said I will get the amount in 2 days. But today (5.10.2021) the amount has not been refunded to me. When will I get the amount back. (Saravana stores - stationery 5th floor) S.
