Saravana Stores — extra delivery charges | |||
We bought one tv stand and 4chairs from saravana stores, porur. They said delivery charges are same for both items at store but on the delivery day they took delivery charges differently for both the items. This is not at all fair. That's completely cheating from saravana stores. Apart from delivery charges if good's delivery is in 1 or 2 floor extra charges will be added based on product. For chairs they took 50 rs extra.
