I bought one cello flask 2 month before from Saravana Legend Padi, it was not good, with in one hour heat dissipate. Same time it Was under warranty, so I went to exchange, but 6th floor supervisor mathi told, it is not accepting for warranty here, you go to visit cello company. But I am asking again and again for warranty request . And he using bad word like fool, ### . I'm really disappointed ð. Please take action .
He is not fit for CUSTOMER handling
