Saravana Stores — furniture not delivered on time and no response

Purchased furniture of cost around 40k in padi saravana stores on 28th apr and delivery date was 2nd may, but no response till now. Representatives are talking so carelessly without due respect to customer. Even after mutliple calls, they havent delivered the product. No proper customer care contact. I didnt expect this from ss. Disappointed very much with their level of service

I have paid rs. 6007/- for dressing table &teapaa on 8th may 2018 b.no.080518/944. but still now not received products. reason product broken .so that person told we could not delivered the product. he told wait we will send later.
