Last week 2/5/2018 i bought a hanbao glass top stove (Two burner) from saravana stores t nagar. The product is given with with two years warranty. Within a week (7//2018) the knob used for adjusting the flame, melted down. So i went to saravana stores for giving a complaint. They said once the product is sold it can not be taken for replacement. If that is in their replacement policy that is my mistake to choose saravana stores at all. But the way they have behaved is very irresponsible. They also saying even if the stove burnt up and caused any casuality that does not comes under their responsibility. I have purchased the product because of saravana store. I have asked for replacement so that i can go for any good brand. But for that also they are not bothering. Finally they made us to talk with the owner of hanbao company he said such a defect comes once in 1000 product. But he said there is no chance for replacement. If the incident gone other way will he give replacement for any lost life??. How to deal with such a kind of irresponsible human beings in this world
