I arvind kumar d, bought a hitachi 1.2 non inverter ac on 28 apr 2018 through credit card full payment in saravana store legend in padi.
When buying this product i enquired about the delivery and if possible fast installation since i am having a 1 year old baby. The shop keeper replied that it is a standard process that they will deliver the product next day of billing and installation will be done on the second day from bill payment and no alteration can be done for what so ever reason it is which i felt that the store is not flexible.
I got the product delivered on 29 april 2018 at 2330 hrs after my visit to store again because of non delivery of product.
On 30 april 2018, i received a call saying that they are calling from hitachi and they are coming for installation on 1 may 2018 which will be late for me from the promised date of installation 30 april 2018. Since season time is going on, i understood that they are facing heavy demand and supply process.
Today is 1 may 2018 at 1850 hrs and still i didnot get my ac installed and there is not any call or any kind of communication regarding installation of my ac.
I feel this a disgusting and makes me feel like i made a mistake by buying a product in saravana store legend padi who doesnt have any kind of follow up of orders which have to be delivered.
And there is no one who is called as incharge in your well reputed concern who could take the responsibility. I am saying this because whom so ever i call in the store for this issue says that they are just workers and they dont have any responsibility. Such a bad after sale service.
And now my baby is having mosquito bite marks all over his body since we kept the window open for air to come in.
I hope someone who sees this mail to atleast respond to this issue.
