Dear sir/madam
We here to inform you that we got new cart from saravana stores-purasawalkam on 20.1.19, but it was broken now after reworkes two times made by your service persons and my relative falling down from the cart she got injured in her hand.
We made complaint on saturday but still now no one gave any response from your side.
We requesting you to give replace the cart or refund the amount to us. We untrust of this cart whether its damaged piece delivery to us and very fearful.
Kindly do the needful..
