I have purchased kasmo maple king cot, bed, pillow, xbounce and century bed sheet all together on 14.03.2019 in padi branch. They billed and mention delivery date is 18.3.2019. but they cant delivered on that day. i called them they told today we will deliver the parts. But not done, i called again and again then they delivered the parts on 19.3.2019 night 9 pm. The bed sheet missed and the cot is slightly damaged condition so i ask the delivery boy (driver). he is taken photo and send their corresponding person and called and talk him. then i also spoke him, he told tomorrow i arrange the replacement then fixed the cot. but still they cant deliver the parts. i called more than 50 times, still they told we will arrange within today. Today date is 23.03.2019. still i can not received the missed and damaged parts and not fixed still now. while i called them they told, the manufacture will call you and we solve the issue immediately. the cot manufacturer also told like that, with in 2 hours we come and solve the issue. but still cant done.
