On[protected] purchased Chimney from Saravnana stores T.Nagar Ranganathan street shop. The product sold informing to us it is on the discount but during delivery we noticed the product box was open and the chimney is in damaged condition.

While contacting the sales manager he refusing to provide good product and speaking rudely to customer on phone. We want to return this product and get our money back.

We have purchased wooden cot and bed in Nov 2017. Within in a year lot of cracks developed in the product. We have made complaint so many times but no response. Very worst product and worst service. In all advertisement their boss is saying saravana is the best. Plz change to worst. Our 48k waste and we was cheated by saravana stores.
