Incident description: Purchased Wireless Keyboard & Mouse for our Office which didn't get connect to our Office TV. When demanded for a return on it, the store manager named Prabakar had behaved very rude and started scold unparliamentary words and pointed that all consumers are street dogs... when the whole world provides ease of options on returns policy, why staff of Super Saravana Store is behaving in such a third rated manner. ill-treating consumers a dogs?
