I want to bring to your notice that I have bought deep discount bond of Sardar Sarovar Nigam Ltd. some 12-13 yrs back. I want to redeem the bond.
I am trying my best t know the process of redemption but of no use. The company has not issued any guidelines about the same. I request you to kindly guide me on how to redeem my bond.

Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam LTd., a company wholly owned by Govt of Gujarat has issued deep discount bonds 16 years back for a total period of 20 years with a deemed face value of Rs. 1,11,000/- and it did not had an option to redeem it prematurely as per the prospectus.

But now the company is redeeming the bonds 5 years in advance without having any legal provisions for the same.,

I would like to know the status of the case filed against this by various organisations at High court of Gujarat as well as at Supreme court.

Pl help as I am holding few bonds of this company
