My self I have booked above mention unit in saresaamag project spring view floor Ghaziabad unit no b703 at the time of booking sare saamag offered 5% discount on saying unit through dixit property and given confirmation by credit note issue by dixit property/by official mail and telephonic through Mr Dinesh pandey Thats my harassment I have to pay EMI AND RANTS both because sare have not helped Now sare say saamag is different organization u talk to saamag if Mr Dinesh pandey mail of officially Mr Pandey say you take NOC from dixit property and submit sare Dixit property given thread of my murder Sir please help thats my hard earned money l m not have money to fight this cheater organization and very poor financial condition in pay Emi and house rent I have paid almost 90 % to sare Another way sare have demanding PLC charge on my unit which are clearly mention NIL in my booking form (to be noted no any change in builder plan)
Now builder not hand over my passion and also deny to pay late passion penalty which are mention in builder buyer agreement.
