[Resolved]  Sare Homes — delay in possession and not releasing pemi under subvention plan

I booked one unit of flat D0608 in SpringView Height project with Sare Saamag Realty Pvt. Ltd in Feb 2013 and they assured to give possession in Jan 2016.

My project is under Subvention plan which means they will pay PEMI till offer of possession. Now the project is delay by around 3 years and from July 2018 they are not paying PEMI. The construction work is stop from 2 year's. On Rera website they mention possession date Feb 2020 which earlier in 2019. They change the possession date in mention in RERA website to Feb 2020 which looks impossible because they have fund issue as they generally stated by their customer care executive when asking about PEMI payment and they always say will give in 10-15 day's. But it now 4 month and still not received pending PEMI. Now it become very critical situation to manage both PEMI interest amount and Rent at same time. Each month the PEMI is deducted from my account which now become very painful to me.

Now i want to get my full 20% amount which i paid as booking amount with interest and don't want to wait any more time. Sare Home always make false statement and making full to people. They are cutting pocket to people who hardly earn money and buy home with paying hard money.
