Sare Homes — Delay in possession/sare crescent parc phase - 3 tower -14

Dear sir,

I hold unit no t 140604 crescent park royal greens, sector - 92 - patodi road, manesar, urban complex, gurgaon, haryana at sare crescent park project of yours.

I want to know the status of my flat. When will the possession be offered to us.

Every time i call customer care they give me a new date of possession. Earlier it was in the month of march -2016, then june - 2016 and now they are telling me december - 2016 that is also tentative. The whole year of 2015 was also went like this only countingon dates.

The possession of flat is delayed by more than two years as on date as per the builder buyer agreement.

I have taken loan from from the bank and am paying monthly installments along with rent and the same is taking a heavy toll on me

Request you to please provide me the exact date of possession.

Please also confirm can we visit our flat to view the exact position.
