I have purchased an apt in your crescent parc ph 3. Its a 1712 sq ft apt which in a buy back costed me inr 59 lacs in year 2013. Recently, i received a letter where in i am told about an absurd calculations confirming the revision of the floor area.
As per your communication the revised floor area is now 1950 sq ft and not 1712 as per the original allotment. May i ask you what sort of calculation is this. I was somehow mentally prepared for some hidden statements that would come through me during allotment period. But this is way beyond my imaginations. A revision of approx 250 sq ft. Are you guys having your township build by a roadside 'mistri' or you really have some experienced and educated architects.
I understand your revision is to compensate the penalties that will now be implied on you for your delayed project completion. Nevertheless, i am also aware that you would have such a hidden statements in your contracts, but misusing the contractual parameters are not acceptable under law, seldom revision of the floor area even.
I hereby request you to revert of such a communication which intends to loot the consumer and further i shall decide the course of law. Was this information helpful? |
