[Resolved] Sare Homes — No information on possession of flat already delayed. | |||||
Hi, I had booked a flat at Sare Homes Cresent Parc, Phase 3, long back but there is no information from the developer on when possession will be given which was due in 2015. The response received from Sare customer care is meaningless. Also construction is not going on since the past 1 year. I want to know from the developer when will be the possesion given. I have paid 37 lakhs... just 5 more lakhs left out. but construction work is stand still since more than 2 yrs.
don't know how they gonna compensate...
do you know someone who has approached court for arbitration ??
