Sare saamag is one of bigger froud organization
I have booked flat no b703 in Oct 2011
At the time of booking sare wave off the normal plc and charged only corner PLC charge 50rs per sq feet it was included in my basic price
And mention on my form no plc
Now at the time of passion sare claimed plc charge which are clearly mention on my booking form nil
Sare also denied to pay late passion penalty which r clear mansion in builder agreement
What to
do go to consumer court"
