Sare Homes — Poor construction quality & maintenance thereafter

At Large this complaint is about very poor quality of apartment provided by SARE Homes in Sector - 92 Gurgaon Crescent Parc Phase 1.

1.There is seepage everywhere and the paint has started peeing off inside the unit and in Lift lobby within the 6 months of moving in the apartment. The complaint was register however nothing has been done to fix this. When the complaints has been raised it has been closed without taking any feedback from us if the complaints has really been resolved

2. The door and door frames are of very poor quality and the door doesn't fit into the frame. The door locks are poor and can come out should anyone try opening by pushing the door a bit. They tried fixing locks for some doors but to no avail as the real problem was door not fitting to the frame so they left it like that. Rest of the locks remain unfixed.

3. The Sanitary and Plumbing fitting did start leaking within few months o[censored]sage and the Jet spray doesn't seem to have any water pressure and useless. However there response was they can't help it.

Well I know you have the standard canned response in first place.I have already connected to your Estate Manager Mr. Chauhan but you already know he is of no help and use at all. Not sure why have you kept an incapable person like him from last 1.5 years and recovering his salary from residents through maintenance charges. I am not able to upload images because of high size otherwise would have shown pathetic condition at site.

Please do not send response just for the sake of sending the response. Aren't you aware JLL Helpdesk reports to Estate Manager only. When Estate Manager himself is good for nothing how does it make sense to contact staff reporting to him.

Attention To Consumer Complaints Staff & Management:
Now that you have seen their responses are good for nothing I would request you to get in touch with top management of SARE Homes and ask them to address all the complaints. There is no point in beating around the bush.
