Sare Homes — Poor quality and maintenance services | |||||
I had bought a flat at SARE Homes in sector 92 Gurgaon. The delivery of flat was delayed and I was forced to request them multiple times, due to my personal reasons I took the flat which was not completed however they promised that the remaining work would be done in due time. Flat has missing floor tiles, cracks are reappearing on walls again and again. Plaster is coming of at various places. Security is also a huge concern which was also highlighted multiple times but of no use. Builder charged an amount for dedicated electricity feeder but even after nearly 2 years that did not happen. Builder also charged an amount of VAT mentioning it is needed to get the flat registry done as the court verdict is pending but nothing is refunded till date. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Just go to hell! Sare cresent parc dewy terraces is not a place to live.. People this builder is big fraud. Never ever buy a home from this people. Im presently residing at sare cresent parc dewy terraces, Chennai omr. We do not have permanent water source, no proper road. Poor maintenance services as well. Estate manager and other people sare people over here have never responsible. Altogether please do not get cheated.
