We had purchased 2 ACs from Sargam show room at B1/5A, Opp. Pillar no. 546, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58 vide tax invoice nos. GST-JKP-1-13825 & 13826 dated 24.02.2018 and took extended warranty for 4 years on the same day vide tax invoice nos. DG-JNKP-0582 & 0583 dated 24.02.2018.
We received several messages asking us to take preventive service for the 2 ACs else the warranty shall be terminated. We were asked to pay Rs. 500/- each (Rs. 1, 000/- for 2 ACs) by your authorized service centre UNIQUE ENTERNATIONAL for carrying out the preventive service, as they told us, which we paid vide receipt no. 599 dated 30.01.2020.
In the warranty card under the terms and conditions on which the extended warranty was offered to us nowhere it is mentioned that preventive service shall be carried out which shall be chargeable.
We have sent various e-mails on 07.02.2020, 15.02.2020, 28.02.2020, 14.03.2020, 20.05.2020, 17.06.2020, 27.06.2020 on e-mail mentioned on the warranty letter [[protected]@sargam.in but all these e-mails remains unacknowledged/unresponded. We had forwarded copy of the underlying agreement as an attachment to our e-mail for doing the needful but there is no response till date. We once again request for refund of Rs. 1, 000/- without inviting further reminders.
We hope you will take appropriate action at the earliest for an amicable settlement of this long pending matter.
