I registered a complain regarding repair of my panasonic ac purchased via sargam electronics as on 13th september 2020. My ac is also covered under extended warranty of 4 years by sargam electronics. Purchase date of ac is 21st march 2018. After lodging complain there is a communication came from panasonic service center that it takes 7 days to complete repairs because part which is to be replaced is out of stock. So i told them share details of cost estimate to sargam electronics. They did the same and also share tax invoice of repairs to sargam electronics on 21st sep 2020. After that sargam ensure me that payment will be processed in 7 working days, but till 30 september 2020 payment is not made bu them. Each time when i call them they are giving me a wrong date of payment. They are not giving any specific reason for not making payment in due time.

    The complaint made by us on 17.07.2020 has not been addressed as yet by sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd. Customer service. Further, we are receiving messages on our regd. Mobiles for scheduled extended warranty maint. Citing req. No. [protected]. We request the company to first address our complaint made by us earlier otherwise again we will be asked to pay for carrying out the scheduled extended warranty maintenance service.

      I had purchased 2 led smart tv of sansui company from sargam electronics, model town, delhi outlet on date 30/06/2017 with rs 19000 per each smart tv.
      At the time of purchase the executive of sargam told me tv has 3 years warranty from company side and you can extend 2 years more warranty with sargam electronics AMC plan of rs 3800. So I paid AMC amount for extend the extra 2 years warranty with the of my both led smart tv on date 04/07/2017.
      After end of 3 years company warranty my tv has some technical issue, so I contacted with sargam electronic branch to repair my tv because I have AMC plan for this but they are refusesing to repair my tv because of sensui company had gone to be shut down but I have a AMC plan of sargam electronics and I call him back to back many times but not response. Some days later company representative call me and visit my home and take away my smart led tv.7 day away he called us and say to your led smart tv totally damaged and yet not to be repaid. He asking to demand rs 5000 for any chaines tv purchased for us but I denay andi say we want branded smart led tv in under AMC plan. Please help us in this matter.

        We had purchased led tv of 42" from sargam electronics with extended warranty of 2 years. Last week suddenly voltage gets fluctuated and our tv gets stopped suddenly. After some time, whwn again we switch on the t. V it shows some sort of cracke lines.

        When we file a complaint, all the people of sargam are arguing with us saying that u dont have any proof that this was due to voltage. They are not helping us and doing worst behaviour with us.

        We have purchased this t. V on 18.08.2019.

          Sir/madam,
          I rishi bansal has purchased a whirlpool washing machine from sargam electronics against invoice no. Bod-19-1301 dt-03-oct-2019 from sikandra-bodla showroom, agra under a 10% cash back scheme but i have not received the cash back till now despite multiple calls and mail compliance to service department in sargam electronics.
          I am very much disappointed by the response of service department

            I have registered complaint for my lg air conditioner on 15.07.2020. After number of followups and calls, service engineer visited after 8 days and mentioned there is a leakage of gas but he did not fix the problem. Again we followed up so many times and other service engineer visited after 8 days and said cooling coil is not working. Again there is no response from their side. We followed so many times then other service engineer visited after 9 days with new cooling coil but they came with wrong cooling coil. Then they removed our ac and took with themselves and as of now there is no response from them. 1 month has passed but they are unable to fix our ac. This complaint is from meerut up. Complaint confirmation message is attached.

                  We had purchased 2 ACs from Sargam show room at B1/5A, Opp. Pillar no. 546, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58 vide tax invoice nos. GST-JKP-1-13825 & 13826 dated 24.02.2018 and took extended warranty for 4 years on the same day vide tax invoice nos. DG-JNKP-0582 & 0583 dated 24.02.2018.
                  We received several messages asking us to take preventive service for the 2 ACs else the warranty shall be terminated. We were asked to pay Rs. 500/- each (Rs. 1, 000/- for 2 ACs) by your authorized service centre UNIQUE ENTERNATIONAL for carrying out the preventive service, as they told us, which we paid vide receipt no. 599 dated 30.01.2020.
                  In the warranty card under the terms and conditions on which the extended warranty was offered to us nowhere it is mentioned that preventive service shall be carried out which shall be chargeable.
                  We have sent various e-mails on 07.02.2020, 15.02.2020, 28.02.2020, 14.03.2020, 20.05.2020, 17.06.2020, 27.06.2020 on e-mail mentioned on the warranty letter [[protected]@sargam.in but all these e-mails remains unacknowledged/unresponded. We had forwarded copy of the underlying agreement as an attachment to our e-mail for doing the needful but there is no response till date. We once again request for refund of Rs. 1, 000/- without inviting further reminders.
                  We hope you will take appropriate action at the earliest for an amicable settlement of this long pending matter.

                    I would wish to complain about Sargam Electronics, I had bought a refrigerator from them in 2014, the compressor had gone bad a couple of weeks ago and I register a complaint with Sargam electronics and LG India after multiple attempts, it's been more than a week since I have been constantly lied to, that they will come the next day and change the gas. my elderly parents live alone in the home and this has caused them a lot of trouble, please help me in resolving this issue. I am attaching the copy of the invoice I got from Sargam electronics, the serial number of the refrigerator is J6A5INPR

                        Dear sir/ma'am
                        I am one of our customer who took product from vasundhra branch. As your marketing showed that sargam is a good and trustworthy brand with satisfactory outcome you take a good care of your customers. But i regret to inform you that i realised the complete marketing and promotion by you is false and a high level of fraud is been faced by me. I purchased a product on 24/06/2020 from vasundhra ghaziabad branch.
                        Actually that day my wife was not feeling well so i asked for water from them but they didn't serve us just a glass of water. They misbehaved with us.

                        Till today they haven't sent any mechanic to install our product this shows that team of sargam is very irresponsible they are reckless they only know how to misbehaved with their customers they don't know how to treat with their customers.

                        Take the appropriate action towards this matter.

                            We have bought below “daikin ftkf50tv16 ac” from sirsa branch at net price of inr 42500 on date[protected]. Post-delivery, during installation we identified compressor has some defect and we had inform them on same day. We have been following up from 18 days and still there is no concrete response other than "you will get new compressor in a day or two". Even they have not taken the deflected compressor back.”. We chose this store to make a purchase for first time, which is definitely not going to happen in future; in fact we will ensure what to suggest to friends / family.
                            It’s a humble request that i get my refund, to buy it from another store and get it installed within this summer and not upcoming winter; or we get the replacement in next 2 days. Looking for your response on this subject and giving an informed notice to post on social media as a customer’s feedback along with this email.
                            I just want resolution, either on-time replacement or refund.
