Bought 2 products (Samsung fridge and a cooler) but have been cheated for both the products by both the agents namely mateen khan and amit kumar respectively

One was the demo piece when i was promised a fresh piece and other is completely different product.

Have emailed the ceo, mr deepak bansal for the same but no reply till now.

Have involved my legal advisor incase it's going to the court to incase ya guys decide to take it to the court with me contact me on [protected] or my legal advisor can be contacted on the email [protected]@gmail.com

As i have given them 2days to sort things out for the all the damages else will be going to the court, media and social networking sites so that no one deals with sector 29, gurgaon ever atleast and followed by sargam electronics.

    I had purchased 2 carrier ac's from sargam laxmi nagar. At the time of purchase, they sold me 2 year extended warranty for both of the ac's with so many promises. Now i am facing issue with ac, tried calling them on their customer care no support is being provided while both the ac's are under extended warranty.[protected]/[protected] are the numbers provided by them which are always going busy. Logged call on [protected], however no complain no is provided. Sent email on [protected]@sargam.in but still no response has provided.

              Hi,

              I have purchased a samsung refrigerator (700l) from sargam electronics store, sco 30-31, sector-16, huda market, faridabad on 09.10.2019 for an amount of rs 70, 500/- which was partly financed by bajaj finserv.

              I was assured coupons worth rs 9, 500/- i. E. Bigbazaar coupons worth rs 6, 000/- and netflix coupons worth rs 3, 500/-, which shall be redeemed after 3 months of the date of generation of invoice, however no coupons have been released till date despite several visits and inquires made to your store mentioned above. Kindly note that no emi payments/ dues have been pending till date and despite that no action has been taken by you or your associate companies in this regard. Further, i have been harassed by your store management and appointed bajaj representative, being called to the store physically on several occasions and was made to wait for hours with no outcome and purpose.

              Further, the bajaj finserv representative mr. Hem singh caused unnecessary complications in the process making false promises every now and then. Mr hem singh lacks the basic know-how and information about the whole process of product management and always ended up making excuses blaming the store management or the finance company. He further kept giving contact numbers of different employees of the company as he was not able to deal with this simple issue, unnecessarily diverting me instead of solving my problem. It is because of his lack of knowledge and careless attitude towards the customers that i was made to visit the store several times for no good reason, wasting my precious time and money.

              I wish to inform you to kindly treat this complaint and as my last and final warning after which i shall be forced to take legal action against you - m/s sargam india electronics ltd.); m/s bajaj finserv ltd. And m/s samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd.in the court of law for defrauding the customers by resorting to "unfair trade practices" as defined under section 47 of the consumer protection act, 2019.

              I request you to get the above mentioned issue resolved by issuing the coupons worth rs 9, 500/- as promised by the sargam electronics store, sector-16 faridabad at the time of sale, as early as possible and take strict action against the sargam store management and mr. Hem singh, the bajaj finserv representative for delaying the whole process.

                Refrigerator purchased on 25 february 2020, is making abnormal noise, had electric consumption 3 star rating
                Mentioned on refrigerator has expired in last december 2019, therefore sargam electronic sild outdated manufactured product, rather defective product at the cost of payment of full amount of inr 60, 000. There review on google made by the public stands true to the knowledge. They are cheating the public at large, which has to be stopped immediately. Kindly arrange to file the case and return the defective product and get my money back.

                  I bought a dell laptop from sargam nehru place... They fooled me and gave me an used laptop, as i don’t have much knowledge about buying electrical products... Now i have proof of it being an old laptop as there are photographs that are usually clicked by customers (Its in their shop) either you are taking strict and immidiate action or i will get fir done

                      I had purchased a new laptop hp pavilion from sargam electronics on 1st aug'2019. Under! 0 days of my purchase, my laptop started having heating and battery issues. They asked me to contact the company hp for it and i did it multiple times but they did not resolved my issue. Then i asked the sargam electronics for the solution, they made me sit on their shop for 4 hours and still did not resolved my issue.
                      Also they did not inform me about the replacement policy within 10 days of purchase neither at the time of purchase and also not when i reported my issue to them. They did not told me about the battery life. No proper information was provided.
                      Also, i had to get the headset in offer within 45 days of purchase for which i paid rs.3000/-. It has been 5 months and still i hadn't received them. Also company is not responding to my issues. They are neglecting my issue for so many days

                        I bought a new samsung refrigerator on 30/12/2019
                        When delivery man open the box their is a huge dent on that on the front door
                        When i talk with the shopkeeper he told that he will no replace the refrigerator
                        This is making a negative image of sargam and if no proper steps are taken regarding my complant i will take this case to the court

                          We purchased a Samsung Smart TV in the month of March.
                          After few weeks it starts giving problem like hanging and automatic off, again and again this problem is happening and no one is doing no work to solve this issue. Now it is making irritating sound when screen freezes. I have a video proof also when it happens.
                          Either you replace it now or else I'm going to police regarding how to sell these types of defective products!

                              I purchased an lg ac from sargam which they told me was the best device from lg. Since i purchased the ac i am facing issues with it. Actually the ac is not maintaining cooling, also the room temperature never goes down from 28-30 degree. I complained to lg multiple times and sargam as well about the same.

                              1. First time when i complained to lg and sargam and engineer came to my place and they told me that some of the part is loose and they fixed it and everything will go fine now. But nothing was improved.
                              2. Second time when i filed the complaint they send the engineer again and he told me that there is some issue with gas the gas is not complete in the ac and he is going to send another engineer who will fill the gas in the ac. The second engineer came and filled the gas but nothing was improved. (The engineer also told me that this is an incompatible ac as per my location)
                              3. Third time when i filed the complaint an engineer came and checked the ac and cleaned it and told me that this is not a compatible ac for my location and if i want to use it i need to clear the filter and out door every single day. The problem was still there and nothing was improved.

                              This happened multiple times and filed complaints and the recent complaint i filed a engineer from their senior team came and checked the ac. He also told me that if i want to use the ac i need to clean the filter and the outdoor every second day. Also he told me that he changed some data in the ac and the performance will be better now. Nothing was improved.

                              I requested sargam electronics for help as well as the asm manish gupta ji but no one helped and told me that their device is the best. But i wanted to know, if this was the case where i need to clear the filter and the outdoor every second day, why it was not told to me at the time of purchase.

                              Lg devices are very bad and low performance. When i told their asm that other ac in my area from other companies are working fine and how could they if the issue is with my location, he told me that this is not their problem and denied to help.

                              Worst products and worst services.

                              I will go for any brand but never for lg again in my life. Also sargam electronics are selling products by making customers foll they are breaking the trust of customer in a product and brand. The first fault here is of sargam that they made a wrong pitch and the second fault is of lg that they are not ready to help and not willing to look into this.

                              I had a word with the manager at sargam manager ajay gupta. He promised me to help and just denied and delays and never helped. Worst store ever deal with.

                                I have made a complaint regarding my ac service and technician came and said to me that cooling qoail is damage need to be replaced in warranty and he carry my old one.
                                But now 10 days is over but no one is bothered about the complain
                                There is 2 technical coordinator mr. Manoj & hritik
                                [protected] commiting everyday that today's problem will solve but end of the day they are not picking call
                                And when i was purchased ac there sales team was given me 5 year extainded warranty and i have paid 6000 for that. But these guys are taking it very lightly

                                    I bought a laptop from sargam electronics on september 03, 2019, model number - 295 tu in the amount of ₹22, 500.00 on emi basis. The store gave me the second hand piece which was used for display. The warranty was already finished and the item was on extended warranty. A reputed store like sargam is doing such frauds. On the other day, we again went there and asked for the explanation, the store staff themselves confessed that they sometimes take items from another store for stocks and they packed a display piece when there was shortage of items.

                                        Hello,

                                        I lodged complaint of my acs not working covered under amc i am complaining on 16 august but still no service engineer yet turned to check & rectify. Almost daily i am chasing but regret to say there is no commitment & proper redressel to consumer grievances from sargam electronics.

                                        At the time of purchase it was assured that prompt services will be provided but seems there is no proper tracking to ensure complaints are rectified within stipulated timeframe.
