    I lodged complaint on 01.06.2018 with your mayur vihar branch regarding my led sony tv as the same is not functioning. I requested mr vikas to do the needful immediately but he asked me to contact the owner instead. I thereafter contacted miss poonam who assured me that needful will be shortly. Nothing happened t ill 1 pm and i contacted poonam again on 02.06.2018, but she avoided to take call and instead asked me to wait as she was allegedly on another call. I had to attend arbitration as such i dropped the idea to call poonam in the evening i was informed that poonam has left. Today i got a call from sargam that i have lodged complaint on y whatsap and technician will visit my home and rectify the error. It is 4pm and no one has visited my residence to do the needful. Being a lawyer i can initiate a legal action against your company but it will not be in your interest. Better do your job and avoid consequences.

      This is to inform you that we have purchased this ac of voltas from sargam electronics dealer in faridabad sector 16. But the ac is creating issue from day 1 and we have been complaining regrding the same continuously for the same and its been 2 years and in these two summer seasons your team has opened this ac n number of times even the conpressor is changed and now again its giving problem. We are sick of this issue. Please give us solution for the same as soon as possible. I regret to inforn we have 4 acs at home but our experience with voltas is the worst i would never recommend someone to buy voltas ac in future.

      I bought hitachi 1.5 ton ac from sargam kohat enclave branch.
      they send defective peice

      1.outer frame broken.
      2. fan not workoin
      3.not cooling.
      4. heavy noise problem.
      5. broken remote.
      6. water not droping.
      and many other problems.
      and they are not helping with this.

        I have purchased one lg 6.2 kg fully automatic wash machine and till then i am following up for the demo service and every day i am calling there but the same response they are giving me that by tomorrow they will send the executive from lg. Also when i received a call from lg executive, he said that only till 5:30 he can come for the service. However, at the time of purchase sargam electronics has promised me for this service till 8 pm.
        Also when i have asked them to deliver the product after 7pm at my place they have sent that product at 1:30 pm noontime on next day and nobody was there to receive the product. I had to ask my neighbour to receive the same.

        Is this the service you guys are providing to the customers??

          I had purchased one panasonic window a/c on jan.2018, which i had gift to my daughter. When we opened this product we found damage in a/c and same we report to sargam electronic lajpat nagar after complaining some engineer visit the place for solve the issue but he said that the damage has done by me there is no fault of company.
          Kindly take appropriate action against to this type fraud company.

            Sargam Electronics — irresponsible, negligence in service & mis - selling of sargam electronics

            Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/cs.

            This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in your service, i. E., dg care and (SargamElectronics) :-

            1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - compressor and display board both are not working?
            2. Gas is leaking each year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product?
            3. Dg care have sent engineer from lg service centre, tri nagar for attend the complaint of panasonic product, which is against the rules and regulation which affect also damage other parts, like plate/compressor of ac.
            4.ac stop works only after two days of servicing by engineer, it means that complaint not handled properly by engineer at site. Service engineer already given 3 month service warranty in written.
            4. Engineer from lg told about problem in compressor and capacitor of panasonic ac, other side engineer from panasonic service centre - aeramac told about problem in plate. So, till date no confirmation is about the actual problem in ac.
            5. We are facing regular problem in panasonic acs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences). At the time of purchase the ac, we have many option to buy the ac like lg, samsung ac, but that time, sargam sales executive convinced to buy the panasonic acs due to blue coating features, (Wrong statement) in which we have dump rs. 52, 000/-, this shows the mis-selling of the sargam electronics.
            It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand and also the service and selling issue of dg care and sargam?

            I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of dg care and sargam electronics which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look in to this matter seriously and replace all the faulty/defective compressor/plate and display board by new (Ok) piece without any cost/charges at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which will affect the goodwill of sargam …

                Fraud staff swiped my card of amount for voltas ac (Window) at vasundhara ghaziabad branch and then told me they will not be able to give bill/product that day as they don't have product right now. They just provided hand written receiving amount slip and made me to wait for entire week delivering damaged product with fake commitments regarding its warranty and free installation charges. On asking why they swiped my card when ac was not available they reverted in abusing manner.

                  I have bought a acer laptop - i3 generation l, the sargam electronics nehru place dealer promised me that i will get a seagate hard disc of 1 tb with that by acer (Home delivery), if we extended 2 years warranty only when i came back home there was no such offer online. When i tried extending offer online we did not get any offer. We only got either local bluetooth speaker and 1000 rd bata voucher with that. Then i have contacted them right then and told them about this, dealer told me that he did not tell us anything about this offer. He was telling about this offer for i-5. The laptop sold by mr. Heera (Sales person). Their behaviour is very rude and they totally denied that they offered such offers to us. We increased our laptop budget only because, we were getting hard disc, but all in vain.

                  Would like to tell everyone, if you going to buy anything form them pls ask for the proper info of the product. Or take in written.

                  Annoying people. Unprofessional services. They just want to sell their product anyway. Do not visit this store.

                    I have purchase a media 1.5t window ac from sargam electronic faridabad on 16/04/2016 with 1+3 (Extended) warranty, now this unit is not working from 13/08/2017, i loge call with sargam elec.. On 15/08/17 on daily basis they are doing my mantel harassment, false commitment in place of providing the solution.

                    I also request them if you are not in position resolve then provide me standby unit or refund my hole amount so that i can purchase ac from market but they denying for all..

                    I need you intervention is highly appreciated...

Now the AC has some tripping issue and i complained 5 times in a month but still they did not resolve the issue. I think they sold me a defected piece and it is embarasing to the customer or fraud.

                      I purchased videocon air conditioner on[protected] in the name of abhishek lal. It is not working at all from the last 7 days, i called the videocon service centre but they are not responding at all. When i purchased from sargam janakpuri they told me that if any problem occur then let them know they will fix the problem and will sort out the issue within 1year and now they are backing out. Please check the attached bill for your reference and replace this product asap orelse i will go to the court and file the suit against sargam and videocon and consumer court will ask you for penalty and you will have to pay the hefty penalty as well as the bill amount. I request to kindly process the refund of videocon air conditioner or repair it asap to avoid the last minute hassle.

                        I bought a washing machine from sargam electronics, and one scheme was there that time (Free hair dryer) which they told me to give later and its mentioned in my invoice also.
                        I visited 7-8 times till mar'17 for that scheme product, but every time they told due to demonetization stock not receiving from company or no more stocks of truck load are coming or they offer me a cheap power bank etc. But actual gift (Bajaj hair dryer) still not given.
                        Every time i visited, they told stock will come in next month and we will call you when we received this gift product... But still not received.

                        I think i should give them legal notice with compensation...

                          We bought a refrigerator from sargam electronics. It was damaged. We were promised a replacement in 7 days and uts now 15 days and they are still not sure. One man came to deliver a new refrigerator and asked to load it to first floor ourselves. We already paid them the delivery charges. Now when we are asking for the refund they are tellimg company policy is to return the money after one month.
                          I have bought a new window AC from sargam electronics preet vihar and the AC is not working I already Complaint this about to Mr Aditya and there is no response from his side bad service but I will FIR against them tomorrow to teach them a lesson.
                          I am sorry to inform you that till my last purchase I used to be loyal customer of your store.

                          Unfortunately unethical practice adopted by your company has made me to take the decision that I would never ever agin step in to your outlet.

                          Crux of the matter is as given below
                          On 20th July 2017, I purchased a triple door whirlpool 340 Litre refrigerator from outlet, based on the trust purchase decision was immediate and I bought my refrigerator in 15 minutes and spent INR 34K for the same
                          A defected fridge which was under display only was delivered at my place, which I came to know once I was informed that there is not replacement unit available at your store and I was offered to take an alternate model / fridge etc
                          That is not the only problem I was completely misguided by your store manger about the replacement facts and was cursing whirlpool for all the ruckus
                          I would definitely spread this bad word of mouth over the internet and all the possible forums so that no other customer is cheated again by your Indirapuram Store

                            I have purchased a new lg fridge from sargam electronics, indirapuram in exchange offer.

                            Price: rs. 51, 300

                            I clearly explained that the old one is 165 ltrs, single door, whirlpool fridge. They deducted rs. 2000 for the old one. The final payment made was of rs. 49300.

                            Now, their representative called me and said that i will have to pay rs. 1000 more as they had wrongly deducted rs. 2000 instead of rs. 1000. This is highly unprofessional on their part.

                            I said that i will not pay and then he started threatening...

                            Please look into this...

                            Also, when I said that I will pay the full amount by card, they said that there is no need to pay full amount in cash and instead there is 0% finance available by bajaj finance. So, I had to pay Rs. 1090 as a processing fee and other charges...

                            I am really disappointed...

                              I took a voltas 3 star ac - invoice smt -01273 — on 19.4.17. Initially the piece did not work. It was replaced in some 5 days. No problem.

                              Actual problem is the technicians have planted the ac slightly tilted to one side. Actually was not noted at the time of installation.
                              But now the ac is making lot of noise also while working.

                              I registered a complaint to the showroom where i purchased it-model town 2nd showroom some 10 days back. But till now despite reminders each day no one has turned up to see the complaint and to make the ac straight.

                              I am a regular customer at sargam. With such a dealing i am amazed what is happening.

                              Pls look into the matter. I shall be grateful.

                                First complaint vide comp. No [protected] regarding broken grill.

                                Second complaint vide comp no. [protected] regarding noise and switch off

                                Third complaint vide comp. No. [protected] regarding broken grill, noise, and switiching off..

                                And now all complaint are not resolved...

                                And your engineer also visit my home again and again and he is already changed the pc of the ac... But there is no use...
                                And on today i. E. 02-05-17... My ac is not on...

                                I bought a new LG refrigerator from sargam electronics Lajpat Nagar . Refrigerator's legs are missing .It can't stay in balance. I used to call them many times but no response .my invoice no is GST-SLAJ3-5033

And while purchasing I was told that 2+1 year is on guarantee and 10 years guarantee for motor but now they are saying that only 2 year guarantee is available and 10 year guarantee for motor. Please help me.

                                  I bought a window AC from sargam electronics lajpat nagar on 22nd April 2017 and after asking multiple times I was told that it will cost total Rs 500 for installation and was reaffirmed about the same.

                                  In the evening when they came for installation they asked for Rs 1500 unnecessarily and when upon asking they had no valid explanation.On the contrary they rudely said that "get local installation done as we won't do it and your services and warranty will be cancelled" . This was quite unexpected and how come someone dare to threaten me to cancel the warranty just because I refused to pay wrong charges.On being said that I am a consumer and I have paid for it fully how can anyone cancell the warranty to which I was given reply that " go to consumer court" in an attitude that do whatever you want and nothing can change.

                                  I called sargam electronics customer services and was told that for window AC the installationcharge is 500 only and I will get a call back from them but dint receive any call.

                                  Tried all the numbers on the bill but at first couldn't get through then after trying several times git lucky and the phone was picked up.They said that 1500 is incorrect charge and they are sending another person immediately to install but waited and no one turned up.

                                    I have bought a new Air Conditioner yesterday evening (18/04/2017), I bought this AC with condition that it will be installed the next day but in lieu of installing the AC, they have just dumped the AC at my home and became irresponsible,
                                    I tried to Contact the representative Mr Rohan [protected], he never picks up the call or reject the call.. Moreover got the phone from the Engineer, instead of talking to me he abused me badly and said that will not come for the service..
                                    Please take action against these people...
                                    Will not ever buy anything from Sargam...

                                      Very very expensive showroom fake price available they are just wasting your time when you reached... Samsung edge they will give in 50, 900 on same time i have purchase from jail road on very less price,,., very poor & slow service.,, all people are waiting for there turn for asking price people who are sitting for offer they dont know anything worst place i visit..
