I had extended my TV 3 year AMC by Sargam Electronics. Now my TV stopped working properly. We tried to contact Sargam Electronics several times but all their numbers doesn't exist now.Their showroom is also closed. Due to this we are facing problems and Panasonic company is not providing service facility without payment. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I had extended my refrigerator insurance by Sargam Electronics. Now my refrigerator stopped working properly. We tried to contact Sargam Electronics several times but all their numbers doesn't exist now.Their showroom is also closed. Due to this we are facing problems and LG company is not providing service facility without payment. I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I bought Daikin an AC from Sargam Electronics Preet Vihar Store Delhi 110092 in[protected] with 3 years extended warranty.
Now my AC is not working since last year. AC Repair mechanic told me it have a big issue in its PCB and i am tryed to complain about the same many times to sargam and daikin. But Sargam Electronics not responding even their stores are also not available anymore, their contacts persons and contact number some are now fake / fraud.
Daikin Says, " Sargam Electronics are now 3rd party so they don't help me and i have to find their service centre or call to Sargam Electronics customer care for the claim.
Now, my Warranty period is over without resolving my issue.
This is my request to you to kindly so the needful against my issue.
I will be grateful to you

Purchased led bpl tv, bp1067 rohit sharma on[protected], also paid extended warranty for 2 years costing 1900/- but no clue regarding the service and complaint for the issue in the tv

I bought split AC from Sargam electronics, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Dealer on 23 June 2019. Dealer offered me 3 year Extended warranty from 23 June 2020 to 24 June 2023. For the last 6 months I am trying to contact them but none of your phone and email id is working. The store got closed and I need your help as my split AC is not working. I am sending you product details, warranty details, and invoice in attachment. Please lodge a complaint and arrange a service.

I bought a Sansui 50" TV from Sargam Electronics, Ghaziabad in the year 2021, which I was told two years of complete warranty, but the lines are coming on the panel of my TV, due to which I am having trouble in entertainment
Along with this, I had also taken additional warranty for two years from Sargam Electronics. I hope you will understand my problem and also solve it.

I have taken SPD DG AC, have an invoice NO- DG-PP-19-393, from your store and taken extended warranty.

I have query regarding warranty period and have been trying to call but unfortunately no contact number of concern person even no any contact number and email working mentioned on Bill.

Sargam electronics charged rs. 7000/- for extended warranty but no service and solution for same and now traceless.

Request to file a complain and do needful for next further process.

I bought this AC with Extended Warranty, Sargam Electronics provides a DG number to contact in case of any issue with e product or warranty.

The summer season is started and my split AC is not working it is not cooling.
I called at the DG number provided but it is saying out of service. Please attend to my complaint at the earliest.

Sargam Electronicsis cheating people by selling their extended plan.

No provided "[protected]" is invalid and "35324848" is not answered anytime.

Now i am not aware how to raise a ticket as Krishna Nagar branch is already closed and other outlet are not helping me out.

I purchase Hitachi AC AMC from Sargam Electronics but the number they provided is not working. They even not replying on my mails. The showroom i purchase (Paschim Vihar) is permanently closed. I want company do the Service of my AC. Attached is the bill for the same.

In Feb-2022, I purchased SAMSUNG washing machine from Sargam Electronics (Laxmi Nagar) along with extended warranty of 2 years. (Costed : 3000/- INR)

Product standard warranty from SAMSUNG (3 years) is about to complete and now I want extended warranty to cover the product.
When i visited Sargam store (Laxmi nagar), i got to know that this company has closed all their stores.
How can i contact them...all the number on invoice or on google are NOT working.

On 14 May 2021, I purchased daikan Split AC FTKG35TV16 in Rajouri Garden Delhi 110027 with 2 years extended warranty.
Unfortunately, I called daikan service center for servicing my Air conditioner but they said that your warranty from daikan side had been expired and for further assistance contact to Sargam Electronics. I am trying to call your customer care number but it is not answering to me. My bill details are as follows;

The Daikan customer care executive said that when you buy a product from a dealer with extended warranty. Then the dealer is only responsible for the extended warranty. But the sales executive of Sargam Electronics told me that Daikan is offering extended warranty. And my warranty period will be updated to daikan server after the end of first year.
I don't get my air conditioner warranty updated from Dycon company because of your sales executive.
