    In 2019, I purchased a Whirlpool fully-automatic top-load washing machine from Sargam Electronics, Ghaziabad, UP. The dealer convinced and additionally sold to me a Two Years' Extended Warranty for Rs.3000/-. Now, after the expiry of normal three years warranty, my washing machine has developed some problem. Whirlpool is saying they will not honour the warranty sold by dealer. Any phone number which is mentioned on the cash-memo of Sargam Electronics, including phone number for DG Care (extended warranty provider) is not working. It seems to be a complete fraud just to make Rs.3000/ extra by deceiving innocent buyers like me. Shame on them!!

      I had purchased whirl pool fridge from sargam electronics. Now the refrigerator is not working. My purchase is still in warranty period. I want to get copy of my bill so that i can ask the service provide to come and correct it...

      Dear sir
      I bought a LG top load washing machine from sargam electronics. Sargam electronics sold me wasing machine and also 3 years extended warranty.
      As sargam electronics outlets are closed permanently and their customer care numbers are also not working.
      Now LG says that extended warranty from sargam electronics is not acceptable.
      I wish their must be some panelty system for such fraud companies like sargam electronics.
      Kindly help me with right solution.

            My product Panasonic AC is not working properly. There is a cooling problem. I have tried calling coustomer care number so many times but there is no response. Either the Costumer number is switched off or invalid. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I had purchased a LG fully automatic washing machine top loaded in feb-19 with another 3 years insurance from Sargam Electronics Preet Vihar Delhi with extanded warranty.
              Now Machine has not working or has no power after switching on. I approach to Sargam Electronics and I have in shock that not a single mobile Number and land line are working all are going not available.
              How is possible in insurance case or extanded warranty case. Pls help to contact Sargam Electronics or provide the contact information or resolve the issue.

                Mene ac liya tha 09–07-2021 ko 40 hajar ka liya tha sath me mujhe Sargham electronic ne bola ki insurance Kerwa lo company wale theek ker denge 0 cost pe aur gas bhi bhar walo aur yeh 7400rs ka hai to Mene kerwaya . Aaj meri ac ki gas khatm hogyi hai Mene customer care ko phone lagaya to unhone bola charge lagega yeh insurance unka hai hamara nhi h 3rd party means Sargham walo ka . Ek mere sath Zut bol ke insurance ker waya to fair nhi hai . Ab me inke sare phone number customer care pe bhi phone laga raha hun lag nhi raha hai .. me bahut hee pareshan hun please help karen sir plzz …unka stor bhi band hai mere nearest yahan ke sare store bhi band hai … plz help sir

                  I bought a Daikin AC from sargam in March 2019 and i also bought extended warranty at the time of purchase only. Now my AC is creating issues and since all sargam stores are closed now, i am not able to contact anyone to redeem my warranty. Also, all their numbers are not working. I am not sure what to do now and whom to contact. Please help me in this case. I am attaching my warranty certificate for your reference.

                      I have purchased a godrej washing machine from sargam electronics meerut with 5 years extended warranty on 1/october/2018.
                      Now when i register its complaint in godrej registered service centre in meerut they are saying that sargam electronics not replying to them and i am very disappointed after being extra paid at the time of purchase for extended warranty.

                        Facing issue with Warranty related

                        I purchase Window Ac last year & along this I purchase 3 year extended warranty Scheme From Sargam Electronics Narela, Delhi -110040 For my panasonic Window Ac. Due to Sargam Electronics company shut down from narela, their is no alternate option to contact with them and all contact no. of this company has been switch off.
