In 2019, I purchased a Whirlpool fully-automatic top-load washing machine from Sargam Electronics, Ghaziabad, UP. The dealer convinced and additionally sold to me a Two Years' Extended Warranty for Rs.3000/-. Now, after the expiry of normal three years warranty, my washing machine has developed some problem. Whirlpool is saying they will not honour the warranty sold by dealer. Any phone number which is mentioned on the cash-memo of Sargam Electronics, including phone number for DG Care (extended warranty provider) is not working. It seems to be a complete fraud just to make Rs.3000/ extra by deceiving innocent buyers like me. Shame on them!!
