I was trying to register my complain about my AC via your contact number [protected] and several emails since last three months, but their customer care number is not responding. on 03rd May2022, i received a email from [protected]@sargam.in to share AMC (DG care) paper and invoice and stated that they will return the money. But after that there is no response from them. Below are the details.

I have purchased an AC of 1 ton on 02/08/2020 from Paschim vihar new Delhi 110063 branch with an extended warranty of 3 years dated 14/04/2021

today my AC is not working, when i called Panasonic service center they denied the extended warranty stating that this warranty is provided from Sangam electronic and not from Sargam.

kindly help to resolve my issue, i have taken so many electronic items from Sargam and was happy customer

I bought a Kelvinator AC model no. KAS-X18301B from Sargam Electronics on date 18 August 2020 and along with it I also purchased an Annual Maintainence Contract provided by Sargam Electronics itself for an amount of Rs. 5300 for a term of 3 year that would get end in August of 2023. Since April of this year 2022 I have been been facing issues regarding the cooling and efficiency of the AC and I have called and tried to visit their dealership and the customer support service for any assistance to this issue but to no avail and for only to know that Sargam has been sold out and since then they are refusing to help me as even the employees say they are not longer working for Sargam Electronics and have no authorisation over anything to resolve this issue as they no longer consider the Annual Maintainence Contract I bought valid.

I have purchase my ac from Sargam Electronics in year 2018 and i bought their plan of extension of warranty period 1+4 year worth rs 7000. but now when i went to sargam electronic, a new shop was opened there named "Future Retails" and they said sargam is now closed and we cant help you in this regard. (on internet i also read that Future Retails accquired sargam electronics)

So please help me in this regard my extended warrenty will expire in Mar-2023.

Maine 3 yrs ki warranty karwai hai ac ki but company par call karte hai complaint ac thik karwana hai humne Sargam se extent warranty karwai but woh abe se mana kar dete ki hamara yaha apki extent warranty nahi yeh complaint aap Sargam ko karo but Maine Model Town se liya tha ac but Sargam close ho Gaya hai toh hamari payment return karo ya hamare AC thik karwa ke toh

My problem has been not resolved till now after sending mail regularly. So please advise me to whom I have to contact for DG care services.I have not expected these type of services we will get from Sargam Electronics Ltd. I have purchased so many things from Sargam Electronics Ltd Indirapuram store which has been closed right now. I have given so many references for this store. Last year I have purchased 5 AC from this store last year and I have taken extended warranty for all. Out of 5 AC three are for me and rest 2 are for my brother's I.e. in the name of Nalin Kumar & Alice Raj for Vaishali Ghaziabad.
I have taken a extended warranty for my split AC last year I have raised a complaint through a mail. But till now no response from your side So please advise me that where I have raised our complaint if it is possible than please provide me the customer care number and email ID for dg care of your company.

Gas problem

We have taken extended warranty for AC purchased from Sargam but they are not catering it with a remark "all Sargam stores are shut down and AMC amount you paid is a bad debt.."

I have purchased DG extended warranty from Sargam. My complaint of Low Cooling is not being attended since more than 1 year.

Many complaints lodged, cooling coils changed in 4 months after complaint but it was also damaged coils installed.

It is worst service. Now Sargam has closed. I wana complaint in consumer court.

I brought LG refrigerator in November 2019. i have the warranty card but on that card there is no any sign and stamp given by you when i purchased.
LG customer care required duplicate bill from me where i bought the refrigerator. Request you to please provide duplicate bill so that i can show them for further process to repair my LG refrigerator.

I have purchased samsung fride from Sargam Electronics RK Puram. They have given me insurance without my consent. I have already given a complaint about this but now they are not answering my phone calls.

We have taken insurance for AC purchased from Sargam but they are not catering it with a remark "all Sargam stores are shut down n insurance amount you paid is a bad debt..

I have purchase a Panasonic washing machine from Sargam Electronic Pitampura with 3 years extended warranty from Sargam Electronic. Now the machine having a problem, So I want lodge a complaint for my washing Machine. Kindly send the engineer to check and and rectify the the machine on urgent basis. AC cooling not done as i visit to my near branch narela delhi from where i purchased the Hitachi AC, but i found office is not there at all where as sargam board hanging for customer support.
i called twice and submit my complaint over there but still no call received from sargam and not even a complaint resolve by sargam.

I bought a AC from sargam electronic dated 19Apr2021 and simultaneously purchase DG extended warranty for 3 years. Now my AC is not cooling and its gas is leaked. But no one from Sargam is attending my call. All the numbers which are mentioned on bill are not functional and also customer care numbers are either not available or no one is picking the call.
