Sargam electronic is poor sarvice plz my request is concern teem my ac is not working and ur amc company DG care is not available plz help me...

My samsung led tv is not working properly...

Complaint no. 504584 raised on 4 may 2022 on whtsapp link with mobile no. [protected] but after regiter the complaint no-one responses and no-one come to attend the complaints till yet ... please resolve my problem if you can.. otherwise i have no other option except to go to consumer forum..

I have purchased 2 nos. Window AC's from Sargam and also took 5 years additional AMC for both ac. Now the company outlet is closed and nowhere to complain about repairs..how to get my ac's repair now??

AC is not working and there stores are closed and they are not responding when calling to customer care number. They are harassing us everytime.

My AC has no cooling complaint since 2nd May

I acknowledge, I was purchased a new cooler USHA Maxx Air desert 50MD1 white dated on 10 June 2021.
Now before completing one year, the connect wire of power plug is shorting

Very poor quality of wire and very bad experience with this product before just one year.

Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have purchased a Dakin split ac 1.5 ton Rs.39000/- and 3 years warranty Rs. 6200/- through Sargam Electronic. I have face lots of problem by Sargam Electronic because Sargam Electronic not provide any type of AC service and no any type of support and help to costumes and today I have discussed with Dakin Customer care he said Sargam Electronic not authorised to sale Dakin Ac warranty to customer and Sargam Electronic not provide service till date.

Please register a complaint on behalf of the customer. This type of Fraud will not repeat in future to other customers.

Note: AC & Warranty Bill enclosed for your reference.

My ac is under sargam warenty but from last 1 month i am requesting for service but no help receved

Purchase hitachi 1.5 ton ac from narela sargam. also get 5 year dg extended warranty by paying 6000 extra. now they are not hearing about my issue of ac cooling problem. why we paid 6000. i want my money refund back. this is a farud done with us. i humble request to the team of consumer complaints. take some action against narela sargam. can you think about our problem there is too much hot outside. we paid 27000 for ac and 6000 for extended warranty still we are facing hotness. what is this going thorough in india. plz take a hard action.

I bought Hitachi Split AC 1.5 Ton from Sargam electronics on Jan 2022 with extended AMC for 3 Years. Currently facing some issue with my AC and tried multiple methods to reach out to Sargam team but nothing is working out. Tried all the numbers provided for the same and even tried to visit store In Jail Road, Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden, Paschim Vihar but all of these store are closed now. I paid 5900 for this 3 year and when I needed the services I am not able to reach out to them is not good. I am not able to use my AC during during this heat summer in Delhi is creating lot of problems for me and my family. Please either reach out to me and assist me on this request or give back my money back, so that I can buy the AMC from direct hitachi. This is an harassment for me and my family and we need justice.

Already Dg extended warranty is there but no ac gas refill service is taken by sargam. there is no response from sargam.

Sargam Electronics sold an extended warranty termed as "DG Warranty" for a window AC purchased from Sargam Electronics store at Indirapuram Ghaziabad. The charge for the extended warranty was Rs 5, 200/- and it is valid through Jun'19 to Jun'23. DG Warranty is a scheme where the customer pays for a future promise of repairs & replacement of defective parts.

My AC has stopped working on 7th May 2022 and I considered utilizing the DG Warranty by Sargam. To my surprise and irritation, their phone numbers mentioned on the invoice are not functional. Further, the customer helpline numbers +[protected] and +[protected] are on IVR. The IVR leads me to a certain stage and then it goes blank. It doesn't register the complaint.
Upon visiting the store, I discovered that it has stopped operations.
I fear that I have lost the money charged for the DG Warranty as Sargam Electronics is untraceable on phone, website and stores.

We took extended warranty from Sargam for 3 years. They took advance payment for its maintenance during the time of purchase of product. Now they are not giving service even they are not picking call. All helpline numbers are switched off.

I've purchased Hitachi split A/C from Sargam Electronics and the service of Sargam Electronics is very poor. I'm having AMC of Sargam Electronics but there is no response to my latest complaint. There has been 3 visits of employees working in Sargam Electronics but they've not solved the issue that I'm having with my A/C. My Hitachi split A/C is not cooling. I'm not going to buy anything after the issue I'm facing right now with the service of Sargam Electronics. If possible then kindly respond to my complaint and repair my A/C.

I have taken extended warranty of 01 + 04 years for 02 Split ACs,
Cooling problem and lots of noise is there, nobody is attending inspite of various calls n WhatsApp messages

Is there anybody senior over Service Head / Executive, who will listen and resolve

Really very very poor services, it seems nobody is answerable, nobody knows the meaning of CUSTOMER

I had purchased a voltas ac on 16/06/2019 with extended warranty of 3 years from SARGAM for which I paid Rs 5000 to SARGAM Electronics Lajpatnagar.
But now this AC is not cooling and when I try to call to customer care nobody pick the call like
I have called[protected] but if I select the option to talk to the person, there is no response. It seems that this is the fake company as no contact number are working. I have also send the mails on [protected]@sargam.in, [protected]@sargam.in, [protected]@sargaminsurance.in but there is no response.

I had purchased washing machine 2020 with 4 years SPD warranty with Sargam electronics Najafgarh branch and now my washing machine is not working last 10 days, i approached to sargam electronics but now its permanent closed, i had tried main branch number but no response and same as i had raised complaint on mail id but no response received form their side, i am totally disappointed for sargam consumer service, i don't know where to connect for my problem.
I had purchased extra amount for SPD warranty because no problem will face, but still i am facing problem.
Please its my humble request please take action.

I had complain many times but non of your technician was came to service my A /c

Dear Sir,

I regret to say that your company has a brand value in electronics but in terms of after sale service your company is a total failure. I bought an Ac(Godrej Eon)from your preet vihar branch on 10 july 2019 being recommended by your sales executive. I took 3 year extended warranty on it. From very first year this ac is creating problem. The worst part is that whenever I call for service your engineer comes after 10-15 days. Than he complaints that he is not getting approval from company. By the time he repairs and after 2-3 days Ac problem remain the same. On 24 th march i was given complaint number 111705. But till today ac has not given proper service apart from visit of your engineer. Problem still the same till today. If such kind of service you are providing I think one day it will ruin your company's reputation. This is my final complaint.
Now I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from sargam. I again given another complaint number 229936. But still nobody has come to service. As compare to your company Vinay sales are far better service provider.
