I had purchased a voltas ac on 16/06/2019 with extended warranty of 3 years from SARGAM for which I paid Rs 5000 to SARGAM Electronics Lajpatnagar.
But now this AC is not cooling and when I try to call to customer care nobody pick the call like
I have called[protected] but if I select the option to talk to the person, there is no response. It seems that this is the fake company as no contact number are working. I have also send the mails on [protected]@sargam.in, [protected]@sargam.in, [protected]@sargaminsurance.in but there is no response.

    I had purchased washing machine 2020 with 4 years SPD warranty with Sargam electronics Najafgarh branch and now my washing machine is not working last 10 days, i approached to sargam electronics but now its permanent closed, i had tried main branch number but no response and same as i had raised complaint on mail id but no response received form their side, i am totally disappointed for sargam consumer service, i don't know where to connect for my problem.
    I had purchased extra amount for SPD warranty because no problem will face, but still i am facing problem.
    Please its my humble request please take action.

      I had complain many times but non of your technician was came to service my A /c
      If you have will not rectify this issue
      I will report this on consumer court

        Dear Sir,

        I regret to say that your company has a brand value in electronics but in terms of after sale service your company is a total failure. I bought an Ac(Godrej Eon)from your preet vihar branch on 10 july 2019 being recommended by your sales executive. I took 3 year extended warranty on it. From very first year this ac is creating problem. The worst part is that whenever I call for service your engineer comes after 10-15 days. Than he complaints that he is not getting approval from company. By the time he repairs and after 2-3 days Ac problem remain the same. On 24 th march i was given complaint number 111705. But till today ac has not given proper service apart from visit of your engineer. Problem still the same till today. If such kind of service you are providing I think one day it will ruin your company's reputation. This is my final complaint.
        Now I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from sargam. I again given another complaint number 229936. But still nobody has come to service. As compare to your company Vinay sales are far better service provider.

          I purchased hitachi ac from sargam narela showroom. Also i got 5 year of dg extended warranty by paying extra 6000 rupees.
          Now i am facing no cooling issue in my ac. And sargam narela
          not hearing our complaint and not working on this. Apart from that they abusuing us or fighting with us.
          Either reslove my issue or get my money back if they will not do anything on my complaints.

              Hi,

              I have purchased Daikin Split AC and 4 Years Extended warranty from Sargam Electronics. I registered a complaint with Sargam on 19th March 2022 that my AC was not cooling. A technician came and replaced AC Valve and filled gas. It worked that day however it stopped working from next day onwards. I again registered a complaint and after many follow-ups another engineer came and he mentioned that the condenser coil is faulty. He kept my indoor unit in seassembled state and since last 20 days no one came for repair and rectification of the AC. What if the open parts hurt my children. Who will be responsible ? This is not the kind of service expected from Sargam. I have purchased multiple items from Sargam time and again (close to worth Rs 2 Lakhs) and was expecting a better service.

              Its such a high temperature in Delhi and we have to survive without AC. Me and my family is suffering because of this inaction from the Sargam team. Request a quick resolution.

                I have purchased an AC and it's not working properly now. I have taken extended warranty (warranty issued by sargam-model town) as well at the time of buying AC.

                  I took the extended warranty for the CARRIER window AC from Sargam Electronics Sector-17, Rohini. After a year AC is not working, it has cooling issues. Lot of complaints were raised to customer care, but still the issue is not resolved. Currently the complaint number is 227677 registered on 06/04/2022.

                  Consistently taking follow ups on the provided number[protected], and only received the text that complaint is under process.

                    Dear Concern,

                    I was lock my Complaint in Sargam Preet vihar on 3rd April...Now status is inspite of lots of FU we don't get any Solution every day they are gave me new comments only.. Regularly m talking with Mr Manoj on Mobile number:[protected] & one of second number:[protected](Mr Rahul) but he didn't pick my call ..

                    I requested to some senior guy in Sargam please look in to this & resolve my problem on urgent Basis...

                          My ac is not working .I write a email on 26th March and personal visit to pitampura branch.My Anshu head of pitampura br anch said that you called the engineer for service first then we will see that what is the problem in ac.when the service has been done by us privately... a sargam electonics Engineer came and refused to solve our issue by saying that service has been done wrongly...when you extend the warranty you never said that service can't be done privately... First you force us for service and after the service you refused to solve the problem...When you take 9000 from u for extended warranty you didn't tell us your condition...now you didn't want to talk in this matter ...very bad behaviour

                            I have bough LG split AC from Sargam Electronic (Preet Vihar, Delhi) and their DG care extended warranty for 3 years. Now, I have registered a repair complaint on 24th March 2022 having Ticket ID-226019 but the LG service executive refused to do the repair as they were saying that Sargam Electronics havn't cleared their pending dues from the past 4 months so they have stopped their repair request. Now, when i try to contact their customer support nobody pickup the call and automated machine drops the call when i ask from complaint status.

                            This is very unprofessional. I ask Sargam Electronic to kindly look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. If this issue is not resolved quickly I will strongly recommend that nobody should buy their extended warranty and should always buy extended warranty from the product company.

                              I bought a Daikin AC with 3yrs extended warranty, as we are facing no cooling issue from last 22days and trying to reach out them, they are not responding our calls and so many complaints.
                              I will not buy anything from SARGAM electronics

                                  I purchase Dakin AC AMC from Sargam Electronics but the number they provided is not working. They even not replying on my mails. The showroom i purchase (Ashok Vihar) is permanently closed. I want company do the Service of my AC. Attached is the bill for the same.

                                      I have purchased two window ACs from Sargam Electronics on 26th and 28th April 2019 with three years extended warranty. Now i have made a call ON 27TH & 28TH March 2022 to Godrej for servicing of ACs, the representative of Godrej replied that Sargam will provide the free of cost serving as you have made payment to SARAGAM directly. Now subsequently i made a call to Sargam on 27th and 28th March 2022 and he said that serving is not covered in extended warranty. One side Godrej said the serving is covered in extended warranty and other side Sargam denied for that. At the time of purchase he ensured for free of servicing till extended warranty period. Request to resolve the issue at earliest. The contact number of SARGAM is available in the enclosed bill.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have to buy Bosch 559 L 2 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (Series 6 KGN56LB41I, Black, Bottom Freezer) on[protected], there was the problem in the refrigerator and I have a complaint to bosch company and got a refund. I have to buy bosch refrigerator AMC from Sargam electronic Preet vihar Delhi-110092 but they are not giving me a refund amount of Rs.9500/-. I have told him many times and mailed to him but there is no response.
                                        I want to get a refund of my AMC amount of rs.9500/-
