Sargam Electronics — Complaint against the unfair trade practices and false commitments by your company for covering the warranty of my air conditioner

I hereby inform you that I am the victim of fraud, False commitments, harassment caused due to false commitment by your staff of your company even after spending huge amount of money. my life has become hell after purchasing products from your company and getting warranty extend through sargam electronics.
I purchased Daikin air conditioners from your sargam electronics lajpat nagar and at the time of purchase I asked your staff to help me to extend the warranty with the Daikin on the same products at the time of purchase to which your staff said its better to extend a warranty through Sargam Electronics for reliable and speedy service. After the convincing assurance and manipulative statement by your staff I took my daikin air conditioners Warranty through sargam electronics and same was also reflected in my invoice to for future reference. Later for a seasonal service in 2020 I called sargam electronics customer care number many times to which there was no response. Later after trying your worst customer service number of times I got my call connected to your customer case executive and after telling him about the warranty status he asked me to call Daikin and get the job sheet from them as it’s the Sargam Policy to get the jobsheet from the concerned company and pay visit charges after which only they can avail the sargam’s extended warranty. I followed the instructions of the customer care executive and called at the Daikin Air Conditioners to my site to check the Air Conditioners and asked them to prepare a jobsheet as I have to show it at Sargam. The technicians from Daikin gave me the Job sheet and I paid them their visit charges.
Later I informed your Customer Care Service Center about jobsheet and requested them to avail my warranty and get my air conditioners services to which they said my warranty has been void as the whole process of warranty is covered under sargam and I have called daikin technicians due to which sargam has cancelled my warranty and spoke very rough to me and disconnected my phone. I was shocked to see such type of rude and disrespectable behavior by the sargam’s customer care staff. later i called your customer care number of times to which they said the warranty is cancelled and now I will again have to pay Warranty charges to Sargam. This is a completely a cheating and unfair trade practices by your company.
Therefore you are requested to take the necessary action as soon as possible to get my Air Conditioners serviced.
