[Resolved] Sargam Electronics — hp laptop 15-bs662tu | |||
This is regards of sargam electronics nehru place showroom, we went there to buy hp laptop 15-bs662tu. We saw the model and did the payment through credit card but then they told that this series is out of stock and sent us to the lajpat nagar 2 showroom. We cleared them that ee want a sealed packed piece that will be opened infront o[censored]s. We reached there and they fooled us by showing the sealed pack but on checking the box we found that the seal was broken prior and then the store owner backed off that it is not oyr responsibility. We were made to travel here and there and the finally we asked to refund the amount. But this was not accepatable from sargam. Kindly take positive actions against this type of behaviour that is shown towards the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
