Sargam Electronics — lg led after sales service

I bought a lg smart led tv (Model no. 43uh750t and sr. Dlk-609pluh094614in) from sargam, lajpat nagar-ii on 21st june 2017. I also bought 2 year extended warranty from sargam.

My led stopped working in start of this month (Picture is not coming in the led panel) and i logged a complaint with the sargam service center on 11th august. After several follow-ups, sargam arranged visit from lg technician after a week. Technician told that there are issues in panel and it can't be repaired. He also told that generally panel worked for 4-5 years without issue and in case of any issue, lg don't replace the internal parts and replace the entire unit.

After technician visit, i did several follow-ups with sargam but not getting the appropriate response and executive in sargam service trying to give false commitment and trying to procrastinate the resolution of issue. Most of the time their service executive don't pickup the call.

When i write an email regarding this, they said that issue will be resolved in 7 days but still issue is unresolved after 4-5 days of that deadline.

Last week i had a telecon with their service executive tanmay and he told me that they ordered panel with the vendor and vendor gave them the time of a week to get the panel. Now he is saying that panel is not available with the vendor and they will return me deprecated amount of tv instead.

My tv that costs me 60k stopped working in just 1 year 2 months and i bought extended warranty only because in case if tv has any issues, that issue can be repaired. I don't want deprecated amount and in case panel is not available, entire unit should be replaced. Sargam is popular brand and i bought extended warranty only because of it's brand. If i am not getting the proper resolution of issue, then there is no use of buying extended warranty.

Awaiting from your prompt and appropriate response otherwise i had to log a complaint in ingram website (National consumer forum) as well. Thanks!!

I have purchase Samsung LED TV from sargam with DG warranty two years and noe my TV is not working and sargam is not able to do it, and now sargam manager told me you purchase another TV and we will pay you some Depreciation amt for you.
so i need my TV of not Dep amt, i dont have too much money so not able to purchase new tv.
