Hi Team, I purchased videocon air conditioner on[protected] in the name of abhishek lal. It is not working at all from the last 7 days, i called the videocon service centre but they are not responding at all. When i purchased from sargam janakpuri they told me that if any problem occur then let them know they will fix the problem and will sort out the issue within 1year and now they are backing out. Please check the attached bill for your reference and replace this product asap orelse i will go to the court and file the suit against sargam and videocon and consumer court will ask you for penalty and you will have to pay the hefty penalty as well as the bill amount.
