Sargam Electronics — speakers issue in sansui smart tv

My name is Sandeep Tekchandani [protected]

I raised a complaint regarding speaker issue in my sansui smart TV. Complaint # DEL[protected] or you can track with register mobile no. [protected].

A technician came after check he told me that speakers is not working. As my Tv come under extended warranty. He send report further to avail speakers.

It is 4-5 days has been gone and still my issue not resolve.
Please provide and installed speakers immediately.

What's the benefit of extended warranty if my issue not resolve timely.

One more thing I didn't receive a call from sargam customer care to provide update on my issue.

Please resolve this issue at earliest.
