Saribox.com — online saree store fraud | |||||
I have booked a saree on 5th dec 2018 in (Website) saribox.com surat gujarat based which is worth of ₹ 1, 500, they only serve cod (Cash on delivry) concept. In the process they delivered the product through ecom express on 12th dec to me. So when i opened it... It was completely different quality which i booked. They are making people fool. Meanwhile i have mailed them and contacted through the available ph. Numbers. They are not responding... Phone numbers were switched off. Finally no reply from them. Saree delivered wrongly as what it shown in the pictures. Saree which it delivered with very low quality. The design of the saree is same, but the material is very different..so i need the same one what i selected..
I had got different sarees not those which I had ordered. There is no contact number for return . I sarees which I had received are really very cheap. So I want to return sareesand I want refund..I had send message on whatapp but they are not giving reply
