Saribox.com — poor quality sarees

I have placed order for a saree as shown in the picture on 09/01/2019 vide my order ID[protected] Soft silk sarees), for which I have also paid the cost Rs.1750/- through my net banking. I got the delivery of the product today at 2.00 PM. On opening of the same, I found the saree to be of very poor quality not conforming to the standard as mentioned in the advt and picture and also against the price. The saree will hardly cost within Rs.500/-, for which I have paid Rs.1750/-. This is totally unethical and against the trust and belief in the online marketing. If you want to prosper in the business, you should adhere to some noble ethics. This is quite an unhappy situation for the customer and I think no second order will come atleast from me or my acquintances.
I appeal you, if you have some respect for our concern, please arrange for return of the product with return of the amount to my account.

Wrong saree has been delivered and also the prints are duplicate very dissapointed and very hard to contact any live person to complain please contact on [protected]

The product is completely different than shown is picture and the quality is poor . There is no response and this are fraud people

Purchased a saree from saree box for RS 1499 ... It's quality was so poor .. can pay saree only 300.. after dat i tried to contact their customer care ... Every nbr are not in reach .. at last i got a nbr i contact dat nbr.. they try to release money from my account .. they didn't give refund so far... It's happened around 7 month back .. nv i got a msg from their wat app nbr by saying they will refund the amount after receiving their product... I don't think they are reliable... They will cheat again...
