Hello there,
I purchased a saree online from saribox.com on wednesday ie. 5th september 2018 with cod as the option. I received my order sb11096301.
The order id is cd 160/sb11096301
There is no telephone no available for the company to be called or resolve this issue. I mail to the company but no response
The product is defective and the silk is not soft as mentioned on the website.
The fabric is not what i expected and color appears dull.
I want to return the same. Kindly guide.
