I have ordered 4 sarees and paid full amount for 4 sarees vide ref no. Awb no.[protected] dated[protected] for rs.6648/-. On[protected], received a packet of 4 sarees. After opening the packet, i found that, out of 4 sarees delivered to me, 3 sarees are entirely different colours and different designs from those i have originally selected. Hence, i have requested for returning 3 sarees (Order id sb[protected], sb[protected] and sb[protected] through their website on[protected], which has sent self generated message stating that their person will contact me. So far nobody has contacted. I have tried to contact their number given in their website i. E.[protected] but not responded despite calling more than 50 times during past one week. I have sent mail to their e mail id given in their website ie. Query. [protected]@gmail.com on[protected], but no reply till date. It is implied that saribox is cheating customers who are buying online. Kindly help me to return these 3 sarees which are not selected by me and sent by saribox as per their choice after receiving my money through online.
